Apparently I have become a BBB addict. Of course there are much worse addictions. Lauren does an excellent job finding treasures I never knew I needed in my life and the prices are always appealing. I am weaning myself from so many sweets - thankfully beads are not fattening! I lost 18 pounds since just before Thanksgiving and I believe I have gained at least 5 pounds in treasures from BBB. I consider that a true WIN-WIN!
@@beadboxbargains ... Lauren, I admit if I had to choose between sweets and beads, much to my surprise I would almost always choose beads. Sometimes I forget to eat but I am always fascinated by sparkly and pretty beads. (Yesterday for breakfast I had a banana and peanut butter. About 8:00 last night I realized that all I had consumed since breakfast was a cup of hot tea and water. Not necessarily a healthy diet but it's just me. No cooking for anyone else.)
I'm so new to the world of jewelry making it's pathetic! When it comes mm I don't have a clue and find it confusing. For example: Fishhook earring wires, which one is smaller in size, 18mm or 20mm? I don't mean the gauge of the wire I just mean the overall size of the piece itself. Would so appreciate some help with this. Thanks so much.
@@KathyTincler honestly makes me so happy to see new beaders discovering the world of jewelry making! Generally, the mm size of a fishhook is going to be its approximate measurement either top to bottom, or side to side. So an 18mm would be a little bit smaller than a 20mm fishhook ear wire. :) Hope this helps!
@@beadboxbargains Yes this helps a lot! Thank you so much. I sure wish those beautiful 'kidney with pretty beads' ear wires were shorter from top to bottom, just a little to long for me. Anyway, I have an order coming today and just filled my cart with stuff you showed today for 25% off. So excited!!!!
@@pamelaminor6154 stainless steel is the only true anti-tarnish metal out there, so it’s a great choice if you live a humid environment or experience tarnishing with other metals. Even pure gold and silver will tarnish- it’s a natural oxidation process, but gentle cleaning with a polishing cloth will help restore it.
Love the weekly special Lauren excited to shop in a few more days…our subscription boxes are very exciting to work with.

@@galady8632 that’s amazing! I am trying to limit sweets too (on day 3, so wish me luck, haha). Sugar is my weakness. You’re inspiring me!

Loving these treats 😍 May I ask an unrelated question- when will get the February BBB sneak peek?
@@angieolsson8175 great question- I don’t have an exact date yet but it’ll happen soon! :)

What can I buy to put on the jewelry to keep the jewelry from tarnishing?
