I say "ish" because they don't all have the same wriggling days (for instance, while Karkat is 13 when the game starts, Aradia is actually 12 when she goes god!tier, as revealed in a conversation with Dave shortly before they meet at the Green Sun). I don't recall exactly how old Karkat is when he meets Meenah. So it's possible that the age gaps aren't as severe as implied in this video.
Meenah is 9 sweeps old, that would be more than 19 years. While (vriska) was still 6 sweeps (13) when she died and did not age while dead. So it's a six year age gap, which is a lot even without considering age of consent.
Now karkat and vriska (alive) did age and might be closer to 16 depending on which date they met the dancestors while they spent 3 years on the meteor. But I'm pretty sure it was right at the start.
