Dublin was alwaysca safe town to be but since 1974 its not sad to say tgere was never any tents there its ashame the government was always the e same they never did any thing for the people of Dublin i should know i grew up there till i left for Australia
Hi some are Irish and some are immigrant's homeless and some with addiction issues as you will see the alcohol in the video at the tents, there faces are not clear as I do not wish these people's identity to be revealed as it is the government and police job to help these people and not my job to incriminate them, it is also, odd but just like USA Ireland, will have tent city.Thanks for you question 👍
