Hello guys, we apologize for the confusion, we did realize the captions are in another language (i.e., Arabic) halfway through our recording, so we stopped the video.We then turned on the English subtitles on our second screen (smaller laptop connected to the main screen), the main screen where our video is being recorded did not fully show the English captions because of technical problems on our main screen but halfway through, the English Subtitles are shown on our second screen (We use two screens). Two years to finally win an award is actually a really long time for Kpop artists, considering groups form known companies are recognized in weeks to months.
BTS started to form in 2010, with RM being the first member(Though RM, Suga, and JHope were already trainees since 2009, they had to audition to be placed in a group.) Suga and Jhope then joined in late 2010. By the end of 2011 six members had been placed. And in 2012 the last member- Jimin was placed in the group. They then worked day and night and finally debuted on June 13th 2013. You should check out xCeleste's video on BTS's hardships. They endured a lot pre debut and especially after debut. Only a small part was mentioned in this video so I recommend that. 💜

On Oct. 29, BTS took the final stage for their world tour “LOVE YOURSELF : SPEAK YOURSELF” The Final in Seoul. If you are curious to find out what happened during the concert, you can check out Kpopmap’s review here.
Since this show is considered to be the last of their “Love Yourself” series, ARMY was sad to see the era coming to an end as it was the period where they had received comfort and love the most.
Leader RM‘s closing speech in the concert last night had caused many ARMY to cry their hearts out. One fan had kindly put up translation on her video and you can check out the full video below.

According to RM, he mentioned that he had been thinking a lot about the verse ‘I wish I could love myself’ from his solo track ‘Reflection’ that was released back in 2016. He shared that he kept thinking about how to love himself and that was when the whole idea and series of “Love Yourself” started.
Ever since the release of the “Love Yourself” series, RM said that he had received positive feedbacks from many but was still unsure if he was able to love himself. Despite that being said, he felt that it was possible to love himself.
RM also continued by saying that although it is the end of the series, he hoped that ARMY and all those out there will still continue on the journey in finding ways to love themselves. He hoped that ARMY will continue to be beside him and find even more ways in loving themselves.

I am so happy I found your channel. BTS was not handed anything. They have worked for each and every achievement they have gotten. One of things I think is the most amazing about them is: They still live together after all their success. These guys have a tight bond. They raised each other and learned that they only had themselves that they could count on. I also like that they are not perfect. They make mistakes like everyone else but they talk about it or write lyrics about it. All 7 of them are extremely hard workers. Also, for being so young back when they started, they gave themselves structure. I'm amazed that they had the where with all to make, business plans and practice schedules. When they started, There are a few videos where they would sit around this tiny table and talk about their dreams. It's really inspiring to watch now that we know that all the dreams they wished for around that table have come true. Thank you for the Reaction. RM and Suga (2 of the 3 rappers) are the only ones who started out pursuing musical careers. RM is the first member starting from 2009-2010, Suga next, and then the rest of the members slowly being added over the years until they finally debuted in 2013 (they didn't achieve worldwide fame until around 2017). J-Hope (the 3rd rapper) was initially a street dancer, famous in his region of Korea for dance, winning many competitions, and did not know how to rap until he joined BTS, teaching himself with help from RM and Suga. Jin was a theater major, noticed for his good looks and scouted while getting off a bus. Jimin was a student of contemporary ballet who got picked up after an audition. Taehyung was just a student who was scouted for his looks when he went to support a friend who was auditioning (he'd auditioned before for another company, but was told he had no talent). And Jungkook was also just student who auditioned (though he'd been trying to break into the entertainment industry since age 10). It wasn't until after being added to BTS that they were all trained to sing, rap, and dance.
The way entertainment business in Korea works, is a child (some as young as 8-9 - Jungkook was 13 when he joined BTS) auditions, gets picked up as a trainee by a company for having talent, is moved from their family homes into trainee dorms with their members so they can focus on school and practice without the hassle of transporting several people from different places to match schedules. Then they have a rigorous routine of school, training, dance, voice, etiquette, languages, etc (which the company pays for), hoping for the possibility of debuting in a few years. In the case of BTS, the boys were picked up by BigHit, which, at the time, was a very small company close to going bankrupt. So they were not afforded a lot of the luxuries and opportunities the bigger companies could offer their trainees. They had to work harder than most idols to achieve their debut, even going so far as to using the staff members and their vehicles for their earlier music videos, and having to pick up part-time jobs to afford food and musical equipment.
Suga used to b-boy, but during a delivery for his part-time job as a trainee, he was hit by a car, which caused injury to his shoulder. He didn't tell the company for fear of being kicked out, so it remained untreated, and he simply trained through the pain. It is now a permanent injury which causes him some limitations and recurring pain (which was an issue fans noticed during this past summer's BTS concert tour). They went from sharing one room to sleep in, to having million dollar apartments, but, after having lived together all these years, they're still more comfortable living together. Suga and Jin are roommates, RM and V are roommates, Jimin and J-Hope are roommates, and Jungkook is the only one with his own room. They each have homes outside of their very lush dorm, but they still choose to stay together.
During the 6 years since they debuted, they've all graduated high school, Jin is now working towards a master's degree, and several of the boys are in, or have completed, college. And to show how hard they worked, it wasn't until just a couple of months ago that they were able to go on an extended vacation. It was the first time they were able to do that since debut, 6 years ago. The vacation lasted a month, during which time J-Hope still worked on a solo project (Chicken Noodle Soup ft. Becky G), before they were all back and working again.

There's a video that's popular on twt, it's kinda old. They are performing save me in a music show or concert after it has already ended, due to them being cancelled at the very last moment just to put another band that was more popular than bts. Even thought their were mistreated they still performed with everything they got, just for the fans (army) that was there.
