the most timeless car of all time has to be the Morgan.... name one car manufacturer that has remained in the original founding family longer than Morgan... name one car that has effectively remained unchanged in design for so long - I look forwards to your answer.. IF you have even heard of the Morgan ???
Hi Miles! Thank you for the suggestion. I'm familiar with the Morgan. The idea was to collect cars that look timeless. For me, a Morgan is a retro-looking car. It kinda looks old but maybe that's just for me. As an example take a look at the F1. You can't really tell it's a 30-year-old car, right? I'm planning episode 2 in the near future, maybe a Morgan will be included.
@@world_of_cars_ but the Morgan is still in production... how can a car have such a long production run and not be called timeless ?... I think what you mean is cars from the 60'sand 70's that do not look out of place today...
@@milesinnz Thank you for your reply! I appreciate and respect your view. A timeless car for me means a car that you can't tell which decade it is from. Also, this list only includes 5 from the many. As I said, the Morgan has a good chance to make it to Part 2/3.
Which ever angle you look at the MacLean F1 it still looks fantastic, even today and probably for the future.
I completely agree, Mark! It's a bold statement, but it might be the most timeless car of all time.
The Porsche 959 is the definition of timeless.
Yes, it's a spotless car. I think it's the best car of its era.
Saleen s7
Thanks for the idea, Shinigami! The S7 is hell of a timeless car!
