Imo, this is the perfect dish for summer time! I would definitely put the dipping sauce in fridge so it could bring the extra refreshing taste to the sushi. This is a great dish, Hiro san. :D

Wood products require high maintainance, subject to mould, etc. I bought 2 sets of PLASTIC sushi makers. Easy cleanup, are they dishwasher safe, top or bottom rack, hand-wash only? Sushi making kits... and let the adventures begin. Whatever you decide on, buy 2 sets! I have 2 SUSHIMASTER International sets. It makes heart-shaped, U-shaped, V-shaped, square, round, etc., sushi rolls. Amazing presentation, wows the crouds, etc. Practice a few times in your kitchen. Yum! Then... the magic part... Buy your ingredients, do a full mis en place, and invite your "crush", aka special friend over and have a sushi making date/party. Might be something to practice on with a few close friends first, right? If she's in to sushi... you have a hit on your hands... Make a standing date? Pick one day a month for sushi making? Have her bring along one of her fav ingredients? Veges, 1 lb. of shrimp, crab, salmon, trout? BTW!!!
