Sir, I have a question for you. I am 17 years old. When I raise my arm up, the right sternoclovical joint comes forward, there is no pain and swelling, I did not take it in a blow, but I use my shoulder a lot and it bothers me that it comes forward, do you think there is a dislocation?
To get a better understanding about rotation and translation, you can check out my video on core concepts of biomechamics (introduction to planes and axis )where I explain this difference Basically rotation occurs around an axis but that's not same for translation
I have one question.I have done my bankart repair surgery in last year January.now I have developed sc join pain with crunching and grinding sound.is it possible to cure?
