some skin doesn't react well to coconut oil. it can clog pores & also cause pimples.. It happened to me so i stopped using them on my face. its great for conditioning hair tho
When you do your hot oil treatment or your condition treatments, put a shower cap on or something plastic (a bag) &/or sit under a dryer with the plastic on for a deep conditioning, it makes dry hair moisturized & soft😉👌🏿I'm a new subscriber, I love your videos, I've been binge watching off & on all day😊🙃🌷💕

I do a near program but for my hair i make the oil treatment to be focused in the scalp and leave it over night because my dear it's our scalp is the deal where to motivate hair growth ,apple vinegar . when i took shower i leave a herbal rinse like rosemary , green tea ,hibiscus , lemon

These are all wonderful DIYs. Can't wait to try them out and incorporate them into my routine. Just a question though, can we add coconut oil in the banana mask too? Coconut oil is so relaxing and moisturizing.
Once I tried a DIY banana hair mask. Since I have thiccc curly (4a) hair it didn't rinse out. I tried shampooing conditioning and brushing my hair let it dry and it hadn't all come out. I had dry banana flakes in my hair. 11 year old me was sat between my mums legs whilst she sectioned my hair and brushed through it. Took like 3 hours now I only stick to oil or store bought cream masks

Congrats for your second baby! I'm not sure if you know that some essentials oils are not recommend to be used when you are pregnant. So just went to recommend you search about it since I think you use them a lot! Have a safe pregnancy
Yep. I've done a bit of research and tried to cut back on all the ones on the no list.. There are a few that are still ok, but a lot of them are no no's.

I have combo skin. It tends to be more oily in the summer months & a bit more dry in the winter months. =)
