This is a matter of the highest importance, and it is unacceptable and unconscionable for the judiciary to let it slip through their hands. Accept nothing less than real justice - we all know Trump is guilty as charged. If he is not held to account, we can expect a pandemic in corruption throughout the whole world that may never end! Aren't there judges to judge the judges? I hear retired judges say she's wrong. I knew she was wrong before I heard these judges. And if i know better...come on now.
And this decision will hold up on appeal. They probably won’t even appeal it.
The Appellate Court would be the judge. They cannot do it because there have been no opinions because of the way that Cannon is ruling. She is not giving them an opinion to judge on motions.

DO THIS TO STOP CANNON: file a complaint with the 11th circuit. Anyone can file a complaint against a federal judge on the 11th Circuit website. The judicial conduct & disability act allows complaints against judges. It goes to the lead judge who determines if the complaint is credible. Then it moves to a committee for review. The Judicial Council determines if the judge violated Canon 3C, Code of Conduct to see if they warrant disqualification.

The 11th circuit can't act on its own; it has to receive a complaint on appeal - but she did an end run around that, by not making any ruling or decision that can be appealed! HOWEVER, we all can file a complaint with the 11th circuit - and we all should! You can file a complaint against a federal judge on the 11th Circuit website, citing the judicial conduct & disability act allows complaints against judges. Your complaint goes to the lead judge who determines if the complaint is credible. Then it moves to a committee for review. The Judicial Council determines if the judge violated Canon 3C, Code of Conduct to see if they warrant disqualification. Please take a minute and do this!!
