Robert Sabuda: The Dragon and the Knight Pop-up Book (2014)

Robert Sabuda's "The Dragon and the Knight" (with Shelby Arnold & Simon Arizpe, published by Little Simon in 2014) is one of my favorite pop-up books.
The core concept is great, it's visually excellent (I love the idea of using texts as backgrounds, of course) and the paper engineering is top-notch and a perfect fit. What more could you ask for?
