Some cool curriculum choices here, I've been homeschooling 14 years and don't start any formal learning until 7 because I believe play is the best teacher in the early years ( and beyond really, they learn so much from playing) my youngest is now 7 so I've been researching curriculum that suits her learning style and that CM math one looks like it could be a good fit.

Thank you! I had some technical difficulties yesterday 😂 happy to have it up now! Are you using B+R for science or history?

@@wildflowerflock I’m using the early years vol. 1 for my little. I’m probably going to stick with it all throughout because I love it so much!

Great video. I’m looking into all of your suggestions. I’m a homeschool mama of 21 years and looking for some new fresh options. These look great thank you.

Do the SQUILT cards only focus on orchestra instruments? I'd love it if there were more "world" instruments- our family is multi-racial/multi-ethnic so I'd love to have that represented in a music curriculum that I might look into.

Yes they are more orchestra related. This is one of these curriculum that I actually only use for reference now. Over the holiday we bought a few “non-traditional” instruments for our house for the kids to play. We also play different genres and if it sparks interest we look it up further on UA-cam. The other day we learned all about the didgeridoo!

I feel like every single year I go back and look through the Hundred Acre Wood curriculum by A Year of Learning and consider it. It looks so full and fun and engaging! Wonders of the Earth and Sky has been our favorite B&R Science theme so far. It has the best labs!

Hi! Can you do a more in-depth overview of the Health and Wellness curriculum? I think it might be a great fit for us but I can’t find any reviews about it on here 😢. Thank you!
