I would go with thrusters, strict pull ups and deadlifts
    Things I got covered there:
leg dominant movement - heavy thrusters
upper body pushing - heavy thrusters (just upwards pushing though)
explosive strength - medium thrusters or deadlifts
high intensity cardio - light to medium thrusters
basic endurance - light thrusters (e.g. with empty barbell, maybe even pcv pipe)
upper body pulling - strict pull ups
    hinge movement - heavy deadlifts
core - heavy deadlifts (and a bit of overlap from pull ups as well)
however, my consideration was more for general fitness. I'm not sure how well this would work for the games, but if you have the technique of the movements already down, the movements mentioned should improve strength/work capacity for everything else.

Always nice to see Sydney and catch up on her progress. She’s gonna crush it this year. Feels weird without Brooke. 😢 I would love to see you focus on the athletes a little more and less with the coaches. 😊

I have a feeling like the coach is "too hard" on that young girl. Hard work is good but make sure it stays enjoyable. I may be completely wrong, sorry, it's's just my perception from the outside. I like the videos, good quality! Olivia is still in the group?

Nothing hard worth doing is going to be enjoyable everyday. Especially when you do it so much day in and day out.

You understand they are and will be professional athletes right….? If you think this is being too hard on people, you’ve clearly never seen how professional athletes and coaches conduct their business.

@@MarkSallas20 @prvnfitness I mean it's a feeling I have with that girl, maybe it's because she is young and new and the relationship athlete-coach is not evolved yet in a friendship status so everything looks more serious. Because I don't have the same feeling while looking at Sydney.

I have a feeling you don’t know that girl. When she was in the 5th grade and asked what she wanted to be when she grows up, she said “a professional CrossFit athlete”For what it’s worth, I’m her dad and wish he was harder on her. Rylee is a hard worker who is extremely focused and has made the games 3x as a teen. Her goal is to be an elite athlete in the sport for a long time. Dwight and all the PRVN coaches are very aware of the burnout potential and managing that. It takes total commitment to be at the top of the sport even at that age. She’s so fortunate to be a part of the PRVN team and have the guidance that is shaping her for what we hope to be a long CrossFit career.

@@beninh2o826 it's true, I didn't know her. I'm sorry. She is smashing it for sure and I want the best for everyone. It was a feeling.
