    I very much enjoy and benefit from your imageJ tutorial videos-- I would love to see one on Imaris Viewer specifically.

      Thanks Rachel. That’s interesting. I thought most just wanted ImageJ stuff. I’d be happy to do an Imaris related one. I really like the Imaris software so I will put that in my ‘to do’ list. Thanks for watching. Craig.

    Very nice video. That will be useful if you could explain how to set orthogonal view at an angle.

      Hi, in IMARIS I think you need to look for a clipping plane option. In ImageJ/Fiji, use Volume Viewer plugin and select ‘orthogonal’ from the drop down view menu. You can set the angle of the orthogonal planes.
