Hey bro. Nice video. You did a great job reviewing the shirt. Btw may I know the measurements for the designer tee? Just the width (pit to pit) and length of the shirt by using tape measure. Measurements on their website is not accurate. Thank you in advance.
Hey man! What’s your height and weight? I’m a wider frame guy, bigger arms and shoulders than average and a large fits me in a lot of street wear brands. I’m 5’10” 240lbs, is a large a good size? Thanks for this video! Been thinking about pulling the trigger on the designer tees
I would say stay size M. The shirts are made oversized . But it also depends on the fit you’re looking for . I’m 6’ 220 and I wear a large and it fits good. So staying true to size for a regular fit is my go to. I hope that helps
Thanks for tuning in! I would stay in a M. The regular (not garment dyed) feels true to size to me. So I wouldn’t size up or down. The garment dyed tee is a different fit but regular to me, feels like it’s true to size! Hope this helps!
@@wreccclothingnyc Thanks bro I’ll get medium . Do you know if the the LAA 14oz zip up Hoodie is tts? and do you think I should get that zip up or another better quality blank zip up?
@@mamahuevo16 I couldn’t say. I never tried out the zip up hoodie personally but I do have their pullover hoodie and the quality is top tier. Doesn’t shrink, super heavyweight. Assuming that their zip up is the same, I would give it a try for sure. As far as fit, I have a L and it’s oversized , idk if that translates to the zip up though!
Just now seeing this, I haven’t tried the hands beefy but I’m actually going to order a few & check them out. I liked Bella canvas and next level when I first started but they’re too thin IMO. I prefer heavyweight cotton tees. Ones that don’t shrink
@@ChristianPascual-fe5ut yeah bro, it’s the Garment Dyed Max Heavyweight shakawear.com/products/max-heavyweight-garment-dye-standard-sizes?variant=31859746963519
Just ordered some these shirts are horrible don’t feel luxury they feel so hard don’t feel smooth at all very rough T-shirt for 10$ you can get better blank in nyc
I'm ngl this is obviously nothing against you but the shaka wear 7.5 oz Max Heavyweight tee is one of the worst quality tees I've felt in my opinion. I got them wholesale at above $4 and the second I reached into the bag to pull one out I instantly thought it felt really cheap. The fit was also really strange... it was long and slim. I'd honestly be angry if I paid $30 - $40 for a tshirt that uses this blank. That's just my honest opinion. I felt scammed and I got them for $4 a piece lol, so I could just imagine the actual consumer. Good video though I like your quality
@@wreccclothingnyc aight so whats the best blank with that quality where you can rip off the tag? im desperately looking to switch my brand to a better quality. i feel like thats whats been holding it back. also do you know what blanks H&M uses for their “essentials t-shirt”?
@@skeeterlaflare you can use LA Apparel. It’s similar to Shaka Wear , very similar. As far as the H&M shirt goes, I gotta see if it’s the same one I think it is cus if it is, then LA Apparel is the way to go.
@@wreccclothingnyc word, are thier whole options because right now its showing blanks for $24 per t-shirt. my price point would have to change substantially to make it make sense. i will definitely keep looking around though.

Do these have tearaway tags/labels?
@@eligrxnd unfortunately they don’t. The LA Apparel ones do

How would you compare Shaka Wear to Pro Club?
@@krushdgrapez5265shaka wear is softer and lil bit bigger then pro club

Is there a difference when it comes to fit between the regular garment dyed shirt and designer garment dyed shirt?

great review! appreciate it

The garment dye designer tee is meant for a “fit” wear verses a “loose” wear correct ?
Thank you man appreciate this vid helped a lot.
Glad it helped! Thanks for tuning in 🙌🏼
Great video bruh. Just one question. Are the tags rip away tags?
Thanks for tuning in! And naw, these aren’t tear away tags. They’re sewn in. The LA Apparel Tees have a tear away tag.

Thanks for watching! I had on the Garment Dye 1801 in vintage black

how was shipping? how long did it take?
do you recommend doing dtf on them ?
How long did the shipping take for y'all I've been waiting for almost a month now and I'm in SD 😢
True to size or run big/
Run big slightly , 5xl True to size .5xl Tall definitely TALL . Literally only shirt I can where being a huge guy ! 😎
Slightly oversized. The garment dyed ones ran a bit more oversized than the regular t shirt
dope video bro have you tried anything else from shaka wear
I appreciate you tuning and yeah, aside from the tees I tried and pressed on their bomber jacket. For me, it’s a must have.
If I’m a xl in regular Shaka tee should I downsized in GARMENT DYE DESIGNER TEE ?
I would, there’s a difference in the fit and the designer tee is oversized
@@wreccclothingnyc to late I just order xl 🤦🏻♂️
I wouldn’t. I’m an XL and it is a BIT Oversized but not enough to size down

Yoo where can I buy bulk order of LA apparel shirts ?? can’t find it no where
You need to make a wholesale account. They require a Tax ID in order to get the wholesale account but it’s worth it. The shirts are much cheaper.

What’s the style of the shirt you have on?
I have on the LA Apparel 1801 Garment Dye t shirt. Similar to the Shaka Wear Garment Dye t shirt. I’m wearing a size L

Which brand neck collar hugs the neck more
I would say Shaka. LA Apparel hugs the neck but it loosens throughout the day especially if it’s hot. Shaka stays the same
what la apparel tee you got on? looks good
They shrink so go a size up but otherwise best quality shirts on the market
The shrinking for me was minimal but i did notice it got a bit more snug after washing/drying
