In fact " and 3 nights " is just a rhetorical appendage to 3 days. Surprisingly you have not quoted Surah 4:157 for your belief because you know this surah has embarrassing tell tale signs that it was not from God/Allah but from an Arab scribe. Even Ahmed Deedat and Sheikh Khalid Yasin do not rely on this surah for their lecture . Why would a prophet come to preach this breaking news , when he could have just agreed with the crucifiixon and have had many more Christians convert. -God is unmerciful, unfair, oppressor to an innocent person -Where is the merit of the sacrifice if he comes back after a day and two nights -If God died, who ran the world -If a part of God died and the other didn't then God didn't die - Did God die or did His "son" die - If God is all Powerful and can die and come back whenever He pleases, where is the merit to the sacrifice. - God doesn't need bloodshed to forgive sins, He is not bloodthirsty, He forgives sins for His own sake (Isaiah 43:25 "I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions, for my own sake, and remembers your sins no more.") -None of Jesus' disciples witnesses the crucifiction "and all his disciples forsook him and fled" (mark 14:50) -Jesus prayed to God, begged to be spared of the cross (mt 26:39; mk 14:35; lk 22:41). Secondly , the so called Christian scholars you are referring to are actually some second rung Protestant pastors. They are not in the same league as Sam Shamoun, Robert Spencer and even David Wood. The really genuine Christian scholars come from Catholic priests who study the Bible as well as the Quran over a period of 9 years. They make really good scholars because being celibate they are free from family pulls and pressures and hence can devote much of their time to study. However, the Catholic Church at Second Vatican Council in 1965 declared that Muslims pray with us Catholics to our one God and so deserve our esteem and we must cooperate with them. So a Catholic scholar would rather avoid an open debate with foul mouthed, conceited Muslim scholars like Ahmed Deedat and Muhammad Hijab lest it degenerates into a slanging match creating ill will among Christians and Muslims instead of goodwill and understanding. But, brother, you are right . In Luke 19:27 it is not Jesus but the Nobleman in the story who commands his servants to slay his enemies. So what should you do ? I would suggest you must listen to genuine Islamic scholars like Dr. Yasir Qadhi, Shabir Ally , Omar Suleiman and Mufti Menk. You may listen to preachers lie Ahmed Deedat and Zakir Naik but don't believe everything they say. Dr. Yasir Qadhi has himself admitted that the dawa of Ahmed Deedat and Zakir Naik has put many people off.

To wonder why God couldn’t find “another way” to do something is to imply that the way He has chosen is not the best course of action and that some other method would be better. Usually what we perceive as a “better” method is one that seems right to us. Before we can come to grips with anything God does, we have to first acknowledge that His ways are not our ways, His thoughts are not our thoughts-they are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8). In addition, Deuteronomy 32:4 reminds us that “He is the Rock, his works are perfect, and all his ways are just. A faithful God who does no wrong, upright and just is he.” Therefore, the plan of salvation He has designed is perfect, just, and upright, and no one could have come up with anything better. The Scripture says, “For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Evidence affirms that the sinless Jesus bled and died on a cross. Most importantly, the Bible explains why Jesus’ death and resurrection provide the only entrance to heaven. The punishment for sin is death. God created earth and man perfect. But when Adam and Eve disobeyed God’s commands, He had to punish them. A judge who pardons law-breakers isn’t a righteous judge. Likewise, overlooking sin would make the holy God unjust. Death is God’s just consequence for sin. “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Even good works cannot make up for wrongs against the holy God. Compared to His goodness, “All our righteousnesses are as filthy rags” (Isaiah 64:6b). Ever since Adam’s sin, every human has been guilty of disobeying God’s righteous laws. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Sin is not just big things like murder or blasphemy, but also includes love of money, hatred of enemies, and deceit of tongue and pride. Because of sin, everyone has deserved death - eternal separation from God in hell. The promise required an innocent death. Although God banished Adam and Eve from the garden, He didn’t leave them without hope of reconciliation. He promised He would send a Savior to defeat the serpent (Genesis 3:15). Until then, men would sacrifice innocent lambs, showing their repentance from sin and faith in the future Sacrifice from God who would bear their penalty. God reaffirmed His promise of the Sacrifice with men such as Abraham and Moses. Herein lies the beauty of God’s perfect plan: God Himself provided the only sacrifice (Jesus) who could atone for the sins of His people. God’s perfect Son fulfilled God’s perfect requirement of God’s perfect law. It is perfectly brilliant in its simplicity. “God made Him (Christ), who knew no sin, to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21). The prophets foretold Jesus’ death. From Adam to Jesus, God sent prophets to mankind, warning them of sin’s punishment and foretelling the coming Messiah. One prophet, Isaiah, described Him: “Who has believed what they heard from us? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? For he grew up before him like a young plant, and like a root out of dry ground; he had no form or majesty that we should look at him, and no beauty that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent, so he opened not his mouth. By oppression and judgment he was taken away; and as for his generation, who considered that he was cut off out of the land of the living, stricken for the transgression of my people? And they made his grave with the wicked and with a rich man in his death, although he had done no violence, and there was no deceit in his mouth. Therefore I will divide him a portion with the many, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong, because he poured out his soul to death and was numbered with the transgressors; yet he bore the sin of many, and makes intercession for the transgressors” (Isaiah 53:1-12). He likened the coming Sacrifice to a lamb, slaughtered for the sins of others. Hundreds of years later, Isaiah’s prophecy was fulfilled in the perfect Lord Jesus, born of the virgin Mary. When the prophet John the Baptist saw Him, he cried, "Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29). Crowds thronged Him for healing and teaching, but the religious leaders scorned Him. Mobs cried out, “Crucify Him!” Soldiers beat, mocked, and crucified Him. As Isaiah foretold, Jesus was crucified in between two criminals but was buried in a rich man’s tomb. But He didn’t remain in the grave. Because God accepted His Lamb’s sacrifice, He fulfilled another prophecy by raising Jesus from the dead (Psalm 16:10; Isaiah 26:19). Why did Jesus have to die? Remember, the holy God cannot let sin go unpunished. To bear our own sins would be to suffer God’s judgment in the flames of hell. Praise God, He kept His promise to send and sacrifice the perfect Lamb to bear the sins of those who trust in Him. Jesus had to die because He is the only one who can pay the penalty for our sins.
If you believe in Moses and Noah and all the other prophets that you bible believes in then what makes jesus different? why would God depreciate himself and come as a man. Believe or don't believe its for your own good it will not effect Allah's Greatness and Might. The prophet is saying these words because he wants us to think like that. Allah says in the quraan that we are not to assign purity unto ourselves because Allah only knows who is pure and who is not. The prophet knew he is in heaven alright. But he doesn't know what will actually happen. no prophet does. IN REPLY TO QURAN TRINITY WHO TWISTED THE MEANING OF WORD ALLAH There's no Ancient or Modern versions for Quran. We did not add or omit a single words for Quran. Not even half of the dot. with regards to John 5:7 one must realize that whoever fabricated that must have been a scholar to be able to fabricate it and he would not have had to fabricate it if there were already other scripture supporting the trinity view. They said, "We have believed, so do bear witness that indeed we are Muslims [in submission to Allah]." اِذۡ قَالَ الۡحَـوَارِيُّوۡنَ يٰعِيۡسَى ابۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ هَلۡ يَسۡتَطِيۡعُ رَبُّكَ اَنۡ يُّنَزِّلَ عَلَيۡنَا مَآٮِٕدَةً مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ ؕ قَالَ اتَّقُوا اللّٰهَ اِنۡ كُنۡتُمۡ مُّؤۡمِنِيۡنَ [And remember] when the disciples said, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, can your Lord send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven? [Jesus] said," Fear Allah, if you are among the believers." قَالُوۡا نُرِيۡدُ اَنۡ نَّاۡكُلَ مِنۡهَا وَتَطۡمَٮِٕنَّ قُلُوۡبُنَا وَنَـعۡلَمَ اَنۡ قَدۡ صَدَقۡتَـنَا وَنَكُوۡنَ عَلَيۡهَا مِنَ الشّٰهِدِيۡنَ They said, "We wish to eat from it and let our hearts be reassured and know that you have been truthful to us and be among its witnesses." قَالَ عِيۡسَى ابۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ اللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّنَاۤ اَنۡزِلۡ عَلَيۡنَا مَآٮِٕدَةً مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ تَكُوۡنُ لَـنَا عِيۡدًا لِّاَوَّلِنَا وَاٰخِرِنَا وَاٰيَةً مِّنۡكَۚ وَارۡزُقۡنَا وَاَنۡتَ خَيۡرُ الرّٰزِقِيۡنَ Jesus, the son of Mary said (prayed)"O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven as it will be a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers." قَالَ اللّٰهُ اِنِّىۡ مُنَزِّلُهَا عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ فَمَنۡ يَّكۡفُرۡ بَعۡدُ مِنۡكُمۡ فَاِنِّىۡۤ اُعَذِّبُهٗ عَذَابًا لَّاۤ اُعَذِّبُهٗۤ اَحَدًا مِّنَ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ Allah said, "Indeed, I will sent it down to you, but whoever disbelieves afterwards from among you - then indeed will I punish him with a punishment by which I have not punished anyone among the worlds. وَاِذۡ قَالَ اللّٰهُ يٰعِيۡسَى ابۡنَ مَرۡيَمَ ءَاَنۡتَ قُلۡتَ لِلنَّاسِ اتَّخِذُوۡنِىۡ وَاُمِّىَ اِلٰهَيۡنِ مِنۡ دُوۡنِ اللّٰهِؕ قَالَ سُبۡحٰنَكَ مَا يَكُوۡنُ لِىۡۤ اَنۡ اَقُوۡلَ مَا لَـيۡسَ لِىۡ بِحَقٍّؕ اِنۡ كُنۡتُ قُلۡتُهٗ فَقَدۡ عَلِمۡتَهٗؕ تَعۡلَمُ مَا فِىۡ نَفۡسِىۡ وَلَاۤ اَعۡلَمُ مَا فِىۡ نَفۡسِكَؕ اِنَّكَ اَنۡتَ عَلَّامُ الۡغُيُوۡبِ And [beware the Day] when Allah will say, "O Jesus, Son of Mary, did you tell the people, 'Take me and my mother as Gods besides Allah?'" He will say, "Exalted and majestic are You! It was not for me to say which I had no right to say. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. Well, actually what makes Jesus different, Abe3Alhaq, is that He was God "in the flesh" - God became a man. And He rose from the dead, whereas no other prophet, (God sent or man-made, eg allah), never has and never will. (He was more, oh so much more than a prophet of course - the Lamb of God, the Saviour for ALL mankind, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, His Name above ALL names, the great I AM, and on and on it goes! Any student of English literature will tell you that simile does not have to match two things or situations in all aspects. it normally highlights the most significant common characteristic. In this case , just as Jonah was in the belly of the fish so also Jesus would be in His grave . Was it exactly 3 days and 3 nights or 72 hours is also irrelevant. In fact " and 3 nights " is just a rhetorical appendage to 3 days.
Surprisingly you have not quoted Surah 4:157 for your belief because you know this surah has embarrassing tell tale signs that it was not from God/Allah but from an Arab scribe. Even Ahmed Deedat and Sheikh Khalid Yasin do not rely on this surah for their lecture . Instead just like you they are clutching at straws by way of giving a twisted interpretation to an innocuous simile like sign of Jonah or making an issue of inconsistency in the Gospel narrative on crucifixion and death of Jesus.

Problems with the alleged crucifixion
-1 Chorintians 15:14 "If Christ be not risen from the dead, then our preaching is vain, and your faith is also vain"
-Quran denies very clearly and unambiguously :{That they said (in boast), "We killed Christ Jesus the son of Mary, the Messenger of Allah";- but they killed him not, nor crucified him, but so it was made to appear to them, and those who differ therein are full of doubts, with no (certain) knowledge, but only conjecture to follow, for of a surety they killed him not. Why would a prophet come to preach this breaking news , when he could have just agreed with the crucifiixon and have had many more Christians convert.

Secondly , the so called Christian scholars you are referring to are actually some second rung Protestant pastors. They are not in the same league as Sam Shamoun, Robert Spencer and even David Wood.
The really genuine Christian scholars come from Catholic priests who study the Bible as well as the Quran over a period of 9 years. They make really good scholars because being celibate they are free from family pulls and pressures and hence can devote much of their time to study. However, the Catholic Church at Second Vatican Council in 1965 declared that Muslims pray with us Catholics to our one God and so deserve our esteem and we must cooperate with them. So a Catholic scholar would rather avoid an open debate with foul mouthed, conceited Muslim scholars like Ahmed Deedat and Muhammad Hijab lest it degenerates into a slanging match creating ill will among Christians and Muslims instead of goodwill and understanding.
But, brother, you are right . In Luke 19:27 it is not Jesus but the Nobleman in the story who commands his servants to slay his enemies.
So what should you do ? I would suggest you must listen to genuine Islamic scholars like Dr. Yasir Qadhi, Shabir Ally , Omar Suleiman and Mufti Menk. To wonder why God couldn’t find “another way” to do something is to imply that the way He has chosen is not the best course of action and that some other method would be better. Usually what we perceive as a “better” method is one that seems right to us. Before we can come to grips with anything God does, we have to first acknowledge that His ways are not our ways, His thoughts are not our thoughts-they are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8). In addition, Deuteronomy 32:4 reminds us that “He is the Rock, his works are perfect, and all his ways are just. A faithful God who does no wrong, upright and just is he.” Therefore, the plan of salvation He has designed is perfect, just, and upright, and no one could have come up with anything better.
The Scripture says, “For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures” (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Evidence affirms that the sinless Jesus bled and died on a cross. Most importantly, the Bible explains why Jesus’ death and resurrection provide the only entrance to heaven.
The punishment for sin is death.
God created earth and man perfect. But when Adam and Eve disobeyed God’s commands, He had to punish them. A judge who pardons law-breakers isn’t a righteous judge. Likewise, overlooking sin would make the holy God unjust. Death is God’s just consequence for sin. “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). Even good works cannot make up for wrongs against the holy God. Compared to His goodness, “All our righteousnesses are as filthy rags” (Isaiah 64:6b). Ever since Adam’s sin, every human has been guilty of disobeying God’s righteous laws. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23). Sin is not just big things like murder or blasphemy, but also includes love of money, hatred of enemies, and deceit of tongue and pride. Because of sin, everyone has deserved death - eternal separation from God in hell.
The promise required an innocent death.
Although God banished Adam and Eve from the garden, He didn’t leave them without hope of reconciliation. He promised He would send a Savior to defeat the serpent (Genesis 3:15). Until then, men would sacrifice innocent lambs, showing their repentance from sin and faith in the future Sacrifice from God who would bear their penalty. God reaffirmed His promise of the Sacrifice with men such as Abraham and Moses. Herein lies the beauty of God’s perfect plan: God Himself provided the only sacrifice (Jesus) who could atone for the sins of His people. God’s perfect Son fulfilled God’s perfect requirement of God’s perfect law. It is perfectly brilliant in its simplicity. “God made Him (Christ), who knew no sin, to be sin for us that we might become the righteousness of God in Him” (2 Corinthians 5:21).
The prophets foretold Jesus’ death.
From Adam to Jesus, God sent prophets to mankind, warning them of sin’s punishment and foretelling the coming Messiah. One prophet, Isaiah, described Him:
“Who has believed what they heard from us? And to whom has the arm of the LORD been revealed? For he grew up before him like a young plant, and like a root out of dry ground; he had no form or majesty that we should look at him, and no beauty that we should desire him. He was despised and rejected by men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces he was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent, so he opened not his mouth. By oppression and judgment he was taken away; and as for his generation, who considered that he was cut off out of the land of the living, stricken for the transgression of my people? And they made his grave with the wicked and with a rich man in his death, although he had done no violence, and there was no deceit in his mouth. He likened the coming Sacrifice to a lamb, slaughtered for the sins of others.
Hundreds of years later, Isaiah’s prophecy was fulfilled in the perfect Lord Jesus, born of the virgin Mary. When the prophet John the Baptist saw Him, he cried, "Behold, the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world!” (John 1:29). Crowds thronged Him for healing and teaching, but the religious leaders scorned Him. Mobs cried out, “Crucify Him!” Soldiers beat, mocked, and crucified Him. As Isaiah foretold, Jesus was crucified in between two criminals but was buried in a rich man’s tomb. But He didn’t remain in the grave. Because God accepted His Lamb’s sacrifice, He fulfilled another prophecy by raising Jesus from the dead (Psalm 16:10; Isaiah 26:19).
Why did Jesus have to die? Remember, the holy God cannot let sin go unpunished. To bear our own sins would be to suffer God’s judgment in the flames of hell. Praise God, He kept His promise to send and sacrifice the perfect Lamb to bear the sins of those who trust in Him. Jesus had to die because He is the only one who can pay the penalty for our sins.
If you believe in Moses and Noah and all the other prophets that you bible believes in then what makes jesus different? why would God depreciate himself and come as a man. Believe or don't believe its for your own good it will not effect Allah's Greatness and Might. Ask Allah from your heart to guide you and really mean you i promise you things will change and the truth will be proven to you one way or another. Allah only guides those who want to be guided.

The prophet is saying these words because he wants us to think like that. Allah says in the quraan that we are not to assign purity unto ourselves because Allah only knows who is pure and who is not. They said, "We wish to eat from it and let our hearts be reassured and know that you have been truthful to us and be among its witnesses."
قَالَ عِيۡسَى ابۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ اللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّنَاۤ اَنۡزِلۡ عَلَيۡنَا مَآٮِٕدَةً مِّنَ السَّمَآءِ تَكُوۡنُ لَـنَا عِيۡدًا لِّاَوَّلِنَا وَاٰخِرِنَا وَاٰيَةً مِّنۡكَۚ وَارۡزُقۡنَا وَاَنۡتَ خَيۡرُ الرّٰزِقِيۡنَ
Jesus, the son of Mary said (prayed)"O Allah, our Lord, send down to us a table [spread with food] from the heaven as it will be a festival for the first of us and the last of us and a sign from You. And provide for us, and You are the best of providers."
قَالَ اللّٰهُ اِنِّىۡ مُنَزِّلُهَا عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ فَمَنۡ يَّكۡفُرۡ بَعۡدُ مِنۡكُمۡ فَاِنِّىۡۤ اُعَذِّبُهٗ عَذَابًا لَّاۤ اُعَذِّبُهٗۤ اَحَدًا مِّنَ الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَ
Allah said, "Indeed, I will sent it down to you, but whoever disbelieves afterwards from among you - then indeed will I punish him with a punishment by which I have not punished anyone among the worlds.

It was not for me to say which I had no right to say. If I had said it, You would have known it. You know what is within myself, and I do not know what is within Yourself. To be Born-Again in spiritual sense, is to die to our old sinful nature and be born-again in the spirit, to be holy, righteous with a new nature in Christ Jesus.
👉To be born-again, we need to repent & confess our sinful past for a holy future.
What is *REPENTANCE* ?
👉 *_REPENTANCE_* ! Everyone born into this world is a Born-sinner. Human nature is a sinful nature. Sin in us has defiled us and has separated us from the Holy GOD!
We have to repent for all the unholy, lawless transgressions of God’s commandments done willfully or unknowingly, in order to obtain mercy and grace so that we might not be judged and fall into condemnation, the condemnation of eternal hell.
📖 Acts.3:19 says,..✔️Repent, then, and turn to GOD, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the LORD.
What is *CONFESSION* of sins?
👉 *_CONFESSION_* ! The guilt of sin and it’s condemnation is rolled away if one truly regrets his sinful past and confesses them in the presence of Jesus Christ.
📖Romans.10:9 &10
✔️That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
📖 1 John, 1st chapter & verse 9 says..
✔️If we confess our sins, He (Jesus Christ) is faithful and just to forgive us our sins(every sin)...

Well, actually what makes Jesus different, Abe3Alhaq, is that He was God "in the flesh" - God became a man. And He rose from the dead, whereas no other prophet, (God sent or man-made, eg allah), never has and never will. (He was more, oh so much more than a prophet of course - the Lamb of God, the Saviour for ALL mankind, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, His Name above ALL names, the great I AM, and on and on it goes! And just btw, He didn't "let" the Jews crucify Him - He CHOSE to leave His Heavenly home to come and be born as a man, to live among us, and to ultimately die for OUR sins, as His Blood was the only sacrifice worthy of mankind being reconciled back with God the Father. And btw the Jews didn't crucify Him! I only hope for your sake that you turn your back on false gods and false prophets and man-made "religion", and find the true joy and peace with the ONE TRUE GOD, who's Name is Jesus! I hope you see this light before the return of Jesus! (not as a newborn baby, but coming on the clouds of heaven, with all his angels, and with all POWER AND GLORY, as KING OF KINGS! And EVERY eye will see Him, and EVERY knee will now to Him, and EVERY tongue will confess that "Jesus Christ is Lord"!
