You couldn’t be any more wrong, Jody was a young man trying to find his way, how would know what do to exactly without a father or father figure. He could look and find the information on how to carry himself but how much of that was going on back then, he was making money not much but it was something selling weed at first small time nickel and dime, but then he started boosting still illegal but steady income and less dangerous. That’s the problem back then and even now we think you’re supposed to move out and have all your shit together by the time your 20 or 21. He faced alot of systemic racism and oppression and poverty, he wasn’t a bum and he wasn’t a bad person he just was dealt a bad hand and he was letting it define who he was, how you deal with it may be different. He lost his pop and brother that’s alot on a young black man’s psyche, his circumstances were a lot like other men from the ghetto. Also with pandora I think you only her because she light skinned, AJ Johnson gorgeous, Taraji Gorgeous (back then she was on the slimmer side and hadn’t had a fully developed body but still attractive), and Peanut looks gorgeous, and Tracey Cherelle Jones is fine as fuck. Pandora was fine just like the rest of them not one more beautiful than the other, now the part you speaking on about Rodney and his homies in Yvette crib and Jody walk up what smart man you know gonna go gung ho in a situation like that? He was smart to not do anything in that moment they could’ve killed him or jumped him really bad cuz they had the advantage obviously
