- Hello Guys note 1 kg Sindhi Biryani Recipe for home kitchen.
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbl spn
green chilli paste.1 tbl spn
cumin seeds.1 tbl spn
cloves 15
black paper 15
cinnamon stick.4
bay leaves 2 broken
star eniess.4 broken
chilli flake.1 tbl spn
turmeric.1 tea spn
salt to taste
dry plum 5-7 tamarind 5-7 mix with 1 glass of water
oil 50ml
chicken 1kg
food color 1 tea spn
(garnish with tomato 2 medium cumin seeds 1 tea spn fresh coriander 1 tbl spn fresh mint 1 tbl spn plum and tamarind balance water chilli flake 1 tea spn)
BOIL TO RICE
water.3 ltr
cumin seeds 1/2 tea spn
cinnamon stick 1 broken
star eniess 1 broken
bay leaf.1 broken
Rice 1 kg
when your rice boil up to 70% and add on your korma
add 1cup oil 50ml on boil rice
make this spicy recipe and enjoy with your beloved family and remember us in your pray.

Black pepper 30
Cinnamon 25
Star anis 25
Bay leaves 3
Chili flaks 20
Turmaric 15
Ginger garlic 150
Chili green 100
Tamrind in one glass water
Half liter oil
Chicken 5 kg
Salt to taste
Keep boil and make gravy
One liter water 💧💦
After almost cooked chicken
Add food color 1 table or more.
Add green masala
Tomatoes
Chili flaks
Tamrind past
Mint coiander
