    13:00 why is there a sudden increase to Vh, we learnt that theres a gradual increase in polarity as electrons accumulate across the sides and eventually a Vh...

      The gradual increase happens really fast (since electrons move really fast) so it appears instantaneous. Think of how when a ball hits the ground and rebounds, the velocity appears to change instantly on a velocity-time graph (vertical line) even though in reality the acceleration takes some very small amount of time, we consider it as instantaneous. Same here.

    when you drew the graph for VH against t, why is VH constant? since from teh equation, VH is propertional to 1/t.
