At foam it sounds bad i glued a plank of Lightwood inside it Made the plane more stable and the resonance speaker works better glued to it.
You feed the soundsystem with a seperate 3s lipo 1300mah, I would use a 3s 1000mah, would that work properly in your opinion?
Yes
Can you add this in a less than 1100mm RC??
That sounded anything but authentic. It is also clear that the electric motor sound is overpowering whatever sound is supposed to come out of this kit. Not buying!
Do you use a separate battery for it or off the main? and if its off the main does it shorten the flight time much? Thanks
sorry i just watched the bit i skipped earlier, would be a bit of a squeeze with separate battery on some of my durafly models so got to try to run it off main.but what a difference that sound makes :)
I wanted to hear realistic warbird automatic weapon gunfire. good grief.
Transducer needs to wobble up n down.
This is kind of dumb. The Carbon Z Prometheus sounds great on it's own and shouldn't mimic the sound of a choppy aircraft engine... Just plain dumb.
It was a fun thing to try. Nothing more. It demonstrated the sound system but in reality you are right. For this model it didn't add anything. The P2 just served as the model I had at the time to test it out. But appreciate the feedback. Cheers Dom (Essential RC)
