The only person who actually makes it sound like an Aries beat 🔥🔥🔥
Lil $unny also makes sick instrumentals of aries snippets
Wow this is so aries
🔥
I would love to hear this track. Continue working on and hope it releases soon.
This is beautiful man, gives me inspiration to lock down the type of music i wanna make man, keep doing you!
Really good video my dude! ❤️
Great vid. Very instructional. Go BMO!
This is awesome man! You should do more of these.

Peter Bonamici stay tuned ;)
@@BoxoutMusic Have you released it yet?
Kyle Latham funny enough, i finished it yesterday. check back in a week or two!
Good shit dude🔥🔥🔥
Awesome
Keep it up man 💪🔥
I’m just starting to learn how to produce how did you learn? Any specific channel you learned from or trial and error?
Aptitude Gaming I mostly learned off trial and error (mostly error lol) but it’s been 5 years and i’m still improving everyday. Just mess around until something starts to sound good. I recommend watching videos for specific things/skills you want to learn rather than an overall tutorial. Just keep building on what you’re able to do!

this is a really helpful tutorial, thank you so much!!
what is the sound you used for the melody called? I would love to have that in fl studio. it reminds me a lot about san holo, and i love it so much!
shrpnss i just resampled a sound i found on splice, but it sounds like some kind of gritty saw wave if that helps!
Great vid homie, very inspiring. I get into creative blocks trying to make Aries type beats because my sample selection is just really bad and it messes up the whole beat. When you played the "100 year old piano" track my jaw dropped how close to an Aries beat it sounded, just like Santa Monica.
Any tips about sample selection? I need to work on getting more, but any tips for fast and good sample selection??
Thanks man, fire beat, keep it up, and ableton gang for life lmao :)
this shit's fire
bro this is amazing! i love that lead! where could i find samples like that?
great job
i’m just not a huge fan of that blue layer
How did you get such a complex hihat pattern out of the arpeggiator? So confused... I need to know, it sounds great!
Great question! By automating the rate of the arpeggiator, I can make the hats hit faster or slower pretty easily. I also used a midi track so i can adjust the pitch of each hat hit as well
mad
I get it you found a sample but have you got any idea of how to make a sound similar to the one in melody which you later resampled? 6:46 It sounds sooo good and I have no idea how to make this, very good tutorial tho
wow🔥
Hey g, do U make a living Off your Music?
Is this out ?
Yes! look for Rock Bottom by Boxout on any streaming service!
how did you re-sample that lead?
AfroUnit it’s a splice sample but i forgot which, i shortened it and put it in an Ableton simpler
What program is this?I want to get into production
Ableton Live 10 (probably suite, maybe this is the standard one) - I use the lite and have made many beats for many rappers including myself haha. Expensive as heck for the suite (just means the full version, $700 I believe) but all you need to get going is the Lite/intro and that's $100.
*GREAT TIP* Buy a Novation launchpad and if they still do it (double-check, I'm sure they do, but just to be safe)
Ableton Live Lite 10 comes with the lauchpad for free ;)
So yeah tecnically you get a free launchpad, or a free copy of Ableton, depeding how you look at it lol
Hopefully I helped! I love helping this stuff. Reply to me or dm me on Insta @prod.byjake ill help yall out!
may i ask how long it took you to make this beat up to this point? i started making music about 2 years ago now and still feel very slow at it and this type of beats is the exact type i wanna do
Andy Verling at the time i made this video it was about 4 years of producing music (5 today)! keep at it!
osht
Can I get this beat from you
What’s the bpm bro? On FL trying to translate hahaha
like 76
It's 152. Ableton's BPM is on the top left :)
Prod. By Jake hahah cheers bro
WorldzGaming :)
Lol bruh what is a midi sampler
Vincent Salamatino i probably just meant sampler, i drew in the midi notes for the melody tho
