Actually, koklass pheasants, arguses, and peacock pheasants are not pheasants at all, only seven extant genera of gamebirds are actually called pheasants (Ithaginis, Catreus, Crossoptilon, Lophura, Chrysolophus, Syrmaticus, and Phasianus) all of which belong to the subfamily Phasianinae within the family Phasianidae, which also includes the tragopans, monals, and monal partridges, whilst koklass pheasants belong to the subfamily Pucrasiinae within the family Tetraonidae, which also includes the grouse and turkeys and arguses and peacock pheasants are members of the subfamily Pavoninae within the family Gallidae.

Where is monal pheasant?
Phasianus colhicus, included..
There is no such thing as a monal pheasant, they're just called monals, monals are not pheasants.
