- Costco just dropped the mic, y'all. I haven't been to Costco in over a decade, which is wild to say. So, I felt like my first trip back demanded a taste test video! The last time I was at Costco, I thought for sure you could eat at the food court without a Costco membership, but I WAS WRONG. So, I had to go and pay the $60 for a membership for this video, but honestly...now that we're getting close to finishing our desert house, I could probably use some Costco deals!
Back to the food! So, Costco's menu is as simple as it gets but don't mistake that for boring. There are some true snack GEMS on this menu AND even better everything comes with amazing Costco prices! I don't know if you can find cheaper food items anywhere else, especially when you consider the size of these snack portions!
I knew about Costco's pizza and Costco's hot dogs but I had NO idea they had all of these amazing desserts, strawberry soft serves, frozen lattes, and mocha options! The Pepperoni pizza is only $1.98 not $3.98 and a whole pie is only $9.99! I LOVE Costco pizza.
Also the menu used to be bigger but got simplified for covid.
AND it can differ by location. For example, Canada has fried chicken wings and poutin! 😋

I LOVE Costco’s hot dog! You get a huge hot dog with all the toppings and a drink for $1.50! What a deal!!!
We have a family membership that my in laws share with us and I love Costco! I don't buy a lot (not much pantry storage) but we have our staples that we get! My husband occasionally gets a hot dog as a treat when we go but I've never gotten any food and I'm excited to watch you for inspiration. That strawberry smoothie looks like something I could get behind! And it's nice to know it's not a total sugar bomb!

We don't have Costco near me, but I've joked about doing this at Sam's Club but haven't heard great things things about the food.

For the price I’d say pretty dang good . I usually get the mocha while shopping then either chicken bake or pizza for the long ride home ,are about an hour from Costco . If the samples are great that day then no food for the drive lol

I like the white bread at Cheesecake Factor. I had breads with grains on top.
Sam's Club a a good hotdog drink combo and buckets of prepackaged toppings which is great for my toddler who DEMANDS several packs of sauerkraut to eat like they were potato chips 😅... I mean I like sauerkraut too I just prefer to eat it on a hotdog or with corned beef 😂.

You are so fun. I am so glad someone else peeped just how great Costco's food court is. I think their pizza is a lot better than DiGiorno's especially because I don't think their pizza is that great. I really like Costco cheese pizza and sometimes I prefer it to the pepperoni but I don't find it too greasy at all. The soft serve is the BOMB! They do use real huge chunks of strawberry in their sundaes and probably use the same topping in their smoothies. The chicken bake's are very good but have a lot of bread/crust.

I specifically bought my house here in Tucson for its proximity to a Costco (1½ miles)! I've been a Costco member since 1983 when I lived in WA. I adore Costco. I'm surprised there aren't more of them in LA, maybe they're more of a suburban thing? I think there was one near my cousins who lived in Hawthorne.

The mocha freeze is so good! In PR, the hotdog buns run on the sweeter side, so it's a good flavor combo. I miss the fries, though.

I miss LA food so much. Can you visit local neighbrhoods like the food at Olvera Street downtown. I also miss the Grand Central Market downtown SO MANY vendors ! I grew up around Pasadena so many local places to eat and it was one of the few walkable neighborhoods . I watch so many LA food videos but no one goes to the local spots or the Inland Empire like all the foods in the 626 , 909 area codes

We don't have a Costco here we have Sam's Club and they're food is just as good and they hook you up for the price my favorite is a chocolate frozen yogurt it's so cheap but they give you a good amount

They changed it from frozen yogurt to ice cream about 3 years ago 😭 or at least my location only has ice cream now. I miss the swirl!

You don’t need a membership to eat at the Costco food court near me. Just go in the out and eat. Also, you can buy alcohol without a membership because of state laws.
Costco hotdogs are so good it one of the only meats I’ve missed since going vegetarian 😂

If you're looking for the best churros it won't be from a store/restaurant. Try a truck! Idk where to get them in LA proper but I'm sure there's one somewhere. There is one in Whittier however on Washington Blvd and Broadway.
