Salvador Sobral's "Amar pelos dois", back in 2017, sounded QUITE dated, as a '50s song would have, yet, not only was he selected to represent Portugal, he also WON THE WHOLE ESC !!!!!!!! And "Amar pelos dois" wasn't powerful, or uplifting, or fun, whereas Hera's song is - it's a song that makes you wanna get up and dance to its rhythm, quite radio friendly. I know, maybe it's a bit of generic, too, but, who cares, when it's so nice, powerful and uplifting.......???? Or, perhaps you think that Eurofans should stop loving and listening to older ESC iconic hits, just because they would sound ....."dated", nowadays..........🙃🙃🙃

On the contrary, they seem to like it a lot ( bad vocals or not). So, what you have said about Hera's song being "dated", is not serious........ People still like all time classic kind of songs, and all kinds / genres of music, and we need a variety of songs, in the ESC, older, and newer, something for every Eurofan to like and enjoy.

Hera Björk is an Eurovision legend... generally she has great vocals... but this song is 2 weak... too much helping her out with the background vocals... and in between she speaks more than she sings.... I m suprised - that this qualified for the final... and not Sigga directly...😍
