The issue with CPAK is that it only takes into consideration extension coronal plane . What about flexion alignment- which dictates the kinematic curve of the knee .
Like...I am a little knock-kneed...so I'm hoping they will give me a knock-kneed joint angle so my leg won't have to learn to be straight...I think m t hip and ankle joint are used to my knock-knee so they would be uncomfortable with a totally straight leg
What does this mean in laymen's terms? Are you saying that you pretty much leave the knee joint slanted if it was already slanted...make a new joint in the same shape as the old joint just with new surfaces?? Is that what you're saying??
