😳 WOW this Hoover turbopwer upright vacuum cleaner the Wedgwood green one is in good condition it's sounds very healthy with the motor bearings and I like the two speed motor and its a 👍 good cleaner was this Hoover turbopwer upright the first or second generation
You have the same Hoover Turbo as I do, I have had mine for 25 years, It was my mothers and she gave it to me when I bought my first home, in 1994, she had the turbo 2 which she prefered, I have the boxed cleaning tools also, I use it occasionally now, as it makes my carpet look nice and gives really good groomed tracks, but it is showing sign's of age now the two speed switch has failed so its stuck on full speed, which I only used full speed when using the cleaning tools, However the motor runs sweet, and its never had the brushes replaced, however I replaced the brush roll 10 years ago and there is still plenty of life left in it, One of the best cleaners I remember my parents having was a Goblin Housemaid it was a in a greenish colour back in the early 80's I remember and never forgetting my father vacuuming the car using the cleaning tools which clipped under the brush roll, and smoke coming from the cleaner, and it setting on fire, it was so funny, I think the motor burnt out on it, I remember mother going crackers about it as we had grandparents coming for lunch that day, she was furious I clearly remember getting a smack from her for laughing, thats when she bought the hoover turbo as she thought it was a stronger vacuum cleaner, and never allowed anyone to use the full speed, it always had to be used on slow speed, it was so funny, it was like the wholly grail
🤣🤣🤣, that story has made me laugh so much. It’s wonderful you still have it and use it, it’s great. The switch can easily be replaced, but to be honest, I never use the lower speed. I bet you used it on full power when your mum wasn’t around! 🤣 naughty boy!!!!! 🤣🥰😘
I had the electricity board one the brown and cream one but it didn't have a headlight but it had autoflex and it had a 2 speed motor like the Wedgwood green had it sound just the Wedgwood green one your using now nice healthy bearings sound @@HooverLux

Isn't this a U2332? Or did they throw a box of tools in and then change the model number ?

Nice video Dorian and by the time Spring is here you wont have deep down dirt left in your rugs after filming all the whole house demos.
Tell me about it! 🤣🤣🤣🤣, no dust, no grit and no carpet left 🤣🤣🤣
@@HooverLux none of that deep down damaging grit that shortens the life of your carpet !
I have this one but the wheel has come off and I haven't the foggiest how to put it back on again! :-(
Oooh, take a look at my refurb videos on these machines.
I like this style of the Hoover turbopower uprights the Wedgwood green one is from the second generation is that right
These are from the 1st gen, the 2nd and 3rd were better plastics, better made and better performance.
