Don`t get me wrong. Johnny Depp is an amazing actor. But I`d even prefer Collin Farrell`s performance of him, cause he fits very well to a villain and I`ve never seen him playing a villain except of Phantastic Beasts. But the character he played, Percival Graves, is actually an auror and one of the high ranking officers of the Macusa. He was just defeated by the actual villain, Gellert Grindelwald, who used Graves image to infiltrate the Macusa and to get to Credence Barebone, the obscurail, he was searching for.
