It's so ironic that Beck isn't even going overboard with this skit, it's about the EXACT level of cringe that the real Salt-Bitch does. It's 100% accurate, not even comedy, but done perfectly. Beck could go to one of his restaurants and do this exact same skit and people would think he was the real thing.
With so much funny and interesting content on the internet, it always amazes me that Salt Bae is this popular. Same with shruggy guy (thankfully, his name is escaping me).
Crazy part is, women (and some men) actually fawn over this gimmick just like the vid....girl on an expensive date sitting next to her man with her head tilted back, mouth wide open, waiting for salty to lay meat in her mouth....then tell her friends as if she experienced some amazing sht 😆
Him being gone reminds me of when taran was fired they filled very similar niches and i could feel taran's absence in the roles that should've been him just as i can beck now

But taran was directing his film gunter and the feeling is that lorne didn't want him back if he was going to have multiple projects going on. And i think it was a similar deal for jay. So fired isn't exactly the right word but taran and jay's time at snl was not renewed even though neither of them planned to stop. And it's frustrating now with like cecily and aidy being allowed to film tv shows and still be considered on the cast when they couldn't do it for taran and jay

The serious and dramatic actors often come on here to show people they can do comedy and have another side to them It can sometimes lead to good sketches when because many of them bring convincing acting which can make a scene funnier
It's about weather they come to work with SNL or DO SNL. Pros know to shut up and listen to pros. Other comedians come on and don't know the comedy chemistry of snl as well as the cast but cause they're comedians they think they have it in the bag
