If Anthony is admitting to $5 million and breaking that up as $3 million to investor/clients and $2 million to smaller clients you can absolutely guarantee the actual number owed has to be between $7-10 million.
All the broken commercial leases, residential leases, designers, fit outs, cars, marketing, IRS, etc. etc.
His sales taxes alone, which I'd be surprised he's ever paid across 1 cent, would have to add into the millions if you look at his turnover.

His victims/clients need to immediately file felony embezzlement charges with the proper jurisdictions.
The victims will never get their money or watches back, but getting cases on Anthony quickly will ensure the investigations can start. I'm guessing the embezzlement included victims across the states, so this may get filed as a single federal case against him. Obviously, Anthony deserves to be back in prison. He knew exactly what he was doing when he was spending all his customer's money.
Consignment = theft by conversion. The clients WILLFULLY AND ON THEIR OWN VOLITION handed over their watches, without contract, to him. Those watches are as good as gone, only civil court, and it's a if on them winning.
