I saw the livestream as it happened, it was a cringe moment for Sisi pero it was no big deal for me personally, madaming nag-comment na A'tin sa livestream and may mga nagcomment na ilan sa X but that was in real time and most of it was in jest, kami na nga yung mejo napahiya para sa kanya lol, kasi kapansin-pansin naman talaga ang sagot nya, given the nature of the event and her status as one of the representative of PH athletes BUT again it was personally no big deal for me, and nakalimutan na ng mga fans afterwards. BTW, hindi lang mga A'tin ang nag-comment about Sisi's remarks. Ang mga viewers ng livestream particularly the Anchors (HOR7ZON fans) and the people at the venue themselves also made the same questioning remarks kasi kahit hindi ka fan ng SB19 or hindi mo sila kilala if you were at that event tapos ilang beses na minemention ang name nila all throughout the show (it was a LONG show) and you see banners and posters saying SB19 EVERYWHERE from fans there, parang ganon ba talaga siya ka-oblivious or self-absorbed to the point na wala siyang awareness sa public???? Lol, god knows I love Sisi pero girl, off talaga yon.
Anyway, ang nakakainis lang sa vb community, they think na naiinis ang A'tin dahil hindi kilala ni Sisi ang SB19. Hindi yon ang point. Ang SB19 mismo alam nila hindi sila ganon kasikat sa Pilipinas, pero masaya sila sa naabot nilang success kasi they were NOTHING before, hindi na nga sikat, binabash pa for no reason other than mga Filipino sila na managed ng Korean company dati, kaya the fact na after a short 5 years into their career, ganito na kalaki ang reach nila, they have nothing to prove anymore no matter what people say. The fact na may sarcasm yung "biro" ni Sisi, tapos Starbucks pa? (it is not appropriate to mention brands and labels sa isang formal event na hindi naman endorser or sponsor yung brand tapos parang ipo-promote mo pa, ang SB19 nga hindi sila humahawak ng ibang phone brands kasi Xiaomi ang endorser nila ngayon) AND given the nature of the event iba talaga ang dating. She could have said many, many other things, or just nodded and smiled pero we all know that's not what happened. Ang vb community, malakas kasi mga kabataan, nasa socmed sila lahat, mahilig pa maki-ride sa issue, pero ako ang nagsasabi sa inyo, ang A'tin, mababait ang 99% jan, pero kapag kinanti nyo ang SB19, lalong binubuhos ang pagmamahal at suporta nila sa SB19, kaya hindi babagsak ang grupo na yon kahit ano pa ang gawin nyo. Bakit? Kasi nasa tamang puso at adhikain ang SB19, sarili nilang pera, sarili nilang musika, AT ang higit sa lahat, ang advocacy nila na baguhin ang entertainment industry ng Pilipinas para sa lahat ng tao, hindi sila basta-bastang grupo.
Inangat nila ang Ppop industry, isa lang sila dati, ngayon hindi na halos mabilang ang Ppop groups. Makikita ng mga supporters nila na ang perang nilalabas ng A'tin para sa kanila, sa SB19 napupunta, kasi lahat ng nilalabas ng SB19 hindi cheap, hindi sample bites ng music, lahat yun custom-made. Yung mga MVs na lang nila, halatang ginagastusan nila. Makikita ng A'tin ang pagmamahal ng SB19 sa ginagawa nila, hindi lang para kumita ng pera, pero iangat ang industry ng Philippines when it comes to music and arts.
Hayyy bakit ba palagi akong gumagawa ng essay pagdating sa SB19 lol. Pero kasi, ako, never ako nahilig na suportahan ang kahit anong group except DBSK, pero nung nakita ko ang effort ng SB19, nadinig ko ang music nila, nakita ko with my own eyes ang transparency nila to really stay true to themselves at yung humility nila and eagerness to explore and learn new things, alam ko na they are not going to be stopoed by these petty issues na gustong-gusto ng mga taong surface value lang ang hanap.
Sisi and SB19 were Pepsi Ambassadors last 2020 and there are videos showing evidence she knew SB19…..I wonder she can’t remember them , your Honor ?? 😮😮😅 anyway mag Move on na tayo and dwell more on their achievements as Filipinos !!!

@@Pianoplayer1985 There's an event in Cebu with Pepsi, both SB19 and Sisi were there, Sb19 and main performer din, this was back in 2020, when they did that challenge na dapat i-hug ni Pablo ang mga members sa stage, etc. Halos lahat ng nag-attend don SB19 fans, kaya there's really no way for her not to have known them, unless yung mga ginawa nya 4 years ago nakalimutan na nya kaagad? I don't know if they interacted, pero they were on the same stage, if you search pepsi taste challenge cebu makikita si Sisi don

I believe if you're a sports person, you know that what she behaved and said was clearly wayyy off a sport person or an athlete behavior has. She totally bullied them and even lied on her apology statement on not knowing SB19. There are other performers pa aside from SB19 but she chose to bully her fellow Filipinos by saying instead that she knows only Star Bucks. As if she could afford it on lifetime basis parang hindi tubong probinsiya. The nerve makapanglait. I don't need her apology as she had all the ways to not say anything but she decided on herself to bully them right at that time.

they were both guests sa Cebu 4 years ago for the Pepsi promo, same stage, Sb19 fans din ang nagpunta don halos lahat, so there's 0% chance na hindi nya kilala. I really gave her the benefit of the doubt, pero parang may kampi kasi siyang girl group kaya nya siguro sinabi yon. Hindi sila magagalit. Kung napanood mo yung event, makikita na off talaga ang sinabi nya, especially given the occasion and the nature of the event. Nandon ang Zach Tabudlo, Zephanie, Hor7zon, etc. Andami nyang pwedeng banggitin na ibang artists, pero she chose to say "Starbucks lang kilala ko e". Hindi lang Sb19 fans ang na-off don, yung mga nag-attend ng event, yung ibang fans ng ibang groups, at even yung mga hosts makikita mo sa mukha nila "girl what?" Ang tagal ng event na yon sa Korea, andaming banners ng SB19, mga fans ng SB109 na may dalang mga pictures and Tshirts, etc na nakalagay SB19. Madami pong fans ang SB19 na foreigners at non-Filipino, at madaming Filipino fans na hindi mahilig sa sports. I myself I knew about Sisi and Choco Mucho and Alas first before SB19 bc I WAS a fan of PVL (not anymore, too toxic). Ang nagintroduce sa SB19 sa akin ay foreign(Italian-Mexican) friend ko here sa NY na into Kpop. Pumunta pa siya with her family sa PH to watch SB19 and she went to Japan when they had their concert there. She's even taking Tagalog lessons and paying for classes to learn. Hindi tama ang mayabang at dismissive sa akilsl ng iba na nasa ibang field naman kasi kagaya ng sabi ni Pablo, kanya kanyang hirap, kanya kanyang kayod para iangat ang Pilipinas, kung hindi mo kilala, it doesn't mean hindi sila kilala ng iba. No need na manghila pababa. The more, the merrier nga pagdating sa PH excellence in global stage diba?

Nasa US ako and ang nagpakilala sa akin ng SB19 ay ang Italian-Mexican friend ko who is into Kpop. Siguro sports ang gusto mong field, and that's fine. Pero you implying that people are wasting time and money to support someone YOU yourself admitted to not knowing anything about will not invite anyone to your cause. "Watch and support PVL kahit hindi nyo sila kilala, pramis hindi kayo magsisisi, hindi masasayang pera at time nyo, kesa jan sa SB19 na hindi ko kilala, sayang lang oras at time nyo." Sana man lang sinabi mo na "Pinanood ko yang SB19, hindi naman sila magaling, sayang lang pera nyo, dun na lang kayo sa PVL magagaling sila."
Nahahalata tuloy na basher ka lang to bash. Btw, I was a ChocoMucho and Alas fan before I was an A'tin, pero dahil sa katoxican ng vb community, nawawalan na ako ng gana. Parang mga walang pinag-aralan tapos para kayong mga kulto at hive mentality kung umatake, tapo ang A'tin ang sasabihan nyo ng ganyan? The mirror is reflecting daw ba.
