Thank you Kaja for breaking the stereotyping of Mexico. This beautiful country needs a lot of tourists and hopefully it happens in the near future.

Great commentary about what a wonderful countywide Mexico is to visit and to live in despite the global stereotype created by Hollywood and the media in general overly sensationalizing the cartel crime which is caused primarily by the US’s insatiable appetite for illegal drugs. The resulting bias creating fear and a negative image of Mexico as a dangerous place is so wrong. For those of us who have traveled widely there it feels like we are insiders on a great secret that Mexico is magical and the safety issue not different than traveling globally to many places. So happy you had a great experience and love your videos.

Hey Kaja! I enjoyed this video and enjoyed your Mexico series! It was great!
I am Mexican-American and I fight for Mexico so much! I hate when people don’t give Mexico a chance and think it’s worse than it is, so I’m happy it bothers you too that people overlook Mexico, they are judging based on ignorance.
Mexico Is so beautiful and has a lot to offer. I have been to 21 states in Mexico and I can recommend so many places and experiences you can have! But as for the places you wanna go,
Monterrey, is a great city, it is similar to an American city, you will need a car to get around as it is not that walkable. There is a lot to do in terms of nature and the sports culture is the best. Nature wise, you can go to cola de caballo, grutas de García, Chipinque are to name the few, but you will need a car to get around because it is an industrial city, so it is a lot of big corporations that are in Monterrey, but nonetheless, it is a great city, I enjoy it!
San Miguel de Allende, is beautiful and totally worth it. I think Guanajuato the state in general is 100 percent worth going, but I do think San Miguel is a bit more expensive due to the amount of Americans that live there. If you go to San Miguel, you should also visit Querétaro, it is about a 45 min car ride away and Querétaro itself is a city you need to visit, beautiful and a lot to see.
Guadalajara itself is Mexico. Anything Mexican you can think of, is from here, Tequila, mariachis, Guadalajara is not only beautiful, it has a young vibe, and a great place to have a great time.
Puerto Vallarta is a great beach destination, I don’t think it’s the best Mexican beach but it is beautiful. Again, it is full of American tourist, so it is a little more expensive, but it is still worth visiting as there is a lot to do, and a lot of day trips you can do on a boat or to other islands near by. Totally worth it
Puebla, 2 hours away from CDMX, but you should not miss out. Puebla has a charm of its own and with so many Pueblo mágicos near by like Cholula, it will wow you and be worth your time visiting
San Cristobal, chiapas in general is worth visiting, this place and this state, just has so much, like el cañón del sumidero, las nubes, Roberto barrios, palenque, aguas azules, plus san Cris, you just need to go to this state!
But other places you need to go to are, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, Morelia (Día de muertos) Sayulita(close to Vallarta), Campeche, La Paz. These are places off the top of my head, obviously Mexico has tons of places! I’m excited for you to go back and keep enjoying this beautiful country 😍🇲🇽 thank you for seeing Mexico and showing your audience another light of Mexico the media doesn’t give it!

Hola Kaja! You would enjoy visiting the Ensenada area of Baja. First off, it's the birthplace of fish tacos and margaritas. Anthony Bourdain claimed that one of the best seafood food carts in world is just off the bustling malecon, it's called La Guerrerense and would have to agree. It's less than two miles from my home! The weather is perfect year round and you can do interesting day trips all around the area. Popular places to visit would have to include the short drive on La Ruta del Vino to the town of Guadalupe and it's 200 plus wineries along with stopping by the Rosarito beach party town and having a lobster lunch at Puerto Nuevo or on the beach where fisherman sell and cook there catch from their boats at Puerto Popotla. You can also catch a glimpse of the movie set of The Titanic while there. It's always a good tourist day at La Bufadora to see the second largest marine blowhole in the world. Buena suerte!

If you go to Puerto Vallarta in the future, I HIGHLY recommend San Pancho (also sometimes called San Francisco). It's about a 30 minute Uber ride (or an hour if you do the local bus like we did.) It is paradise! The most peaceful beach town, with no big hotels and so many great restaurants. The best sunsets too!

    • @dannyandrade8506

Yes san pancho is so nice. And there is a secret treasure, in Baja California sur (mulegé, loreto, isla coronado, balandra, la paz, la ventana, cabo pulmo, san José del cabo, cabo san lucas). About nice cities "monterrey" is the financial city in whole mexico, is super beautiful, more colonial cities are Guanajuato, San miguel de Allende, Zacatecas, taxco, san cristobal de las casas, Querétaro, san luis potosí, etc etc... Really even for us mexicans, is imposible to know our whole country is so big and diverse

Hey, by kaja, if you went to Mexico City. You did not visit Chapultepec, exactly on Paseo de Reforma is the National Auditorium where they present folkloric dance shows and very close to there are museums. I recommend you try a little more street food, I hope you are not afraid of eating in the street.
You have to make the most of Mexico, visit markets, parks, archaeological zones, try a little of the neighborhood.

Beautiful video! Thanks to the author of the channel for this fascinating video! It is interesting to see how people live in other countries! It is very important to know foreign languages on such trips. I would like to recommend to all travelers a practical guide to learning foreign languages by Yuriy Ivantsiv "Polyglot Notes. Practical tips for learning foreign languages". This book contains a lot of useful tips on how to learn a foreign language for tourists, students, entrepreneurs and anyone who needs a foreign language in life. There are a lot of good tips on how to solve problems with the language from beginner to advanced level of language learning. It turns out that the traveler only needs to know a few dialogues and you can easily travel around the world! You don't have to spend a lot of time to fully learn a foreign language, you just need to learn what you can use when you travel. I wish everyone exciting travels!
