As a content creator I understand you, People fail to understand that a video you put a lot of work into could gain little to no traction in the algorithm starting out, many times becoming buried and NEVER to be seen by more than a few. You could've had the perfect thumbnail and title and still not get many interactions, with a low click through rate as well. On my main, re-uploading older vids I worked my a** off on that were buried at one point, many became some of my most viewed, one in particular went from less than 2k views in 2yrs to now over 780k in 5 months. No harm in re-uploading a video you know only done poor because of your channel size at the time, algorithm more times than not completely forgets about it and never push it out to the audience it deserved. You have to do what's best for you and not fold to a few people that have issue with it or may have already watched it, unless you're a creator some will never understand why. Great video btw, hell I thought it was new myself, definitely wouldn't have found it had you never reposted...lot of work went into this so I understand brother, Keep it up 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 @@nickinthecutt
Reposting was smart on his part, algorithm can do a bad job at pushing the original upload out, especially if his channel is much smaller at the time and the topic is not as hot. Coach Prime/Colorado content seems to be doing well in the algorithm right now so can't blame the man on re-uploading a video he obviously put a lot of hard work and time into to give it a chance to reach it's true audience. Thought it was new myself, so it seems to have worked.
