Currently the most popular Democratic governor and he isn't ancient (he's 46). This debate pushed me into finally trying to get some therapy. The idea of a trump future made me start really seriously contemplating some dark thoughts. To the point I was trying to figure out how to pen a letter and say who would get what. Im in my 30's and had a realization that this only ends badly and to start making calls tomorrow to try and find someone in my network.

We’ve known he’s a dottering old man with a speech impediment for years, so I don’t know why anyone is surprised or overly disappointed at seeing Biden be old and dottering. It doesn’t change the candidates’ policy positions, and honestly I expected Biden to be even more lost and rambling than he was, so I was actually a little pleasantly surprised.
I honestly think that the establishment liberal media’s coverage of Biden is done in bad faith because of what I said above. We already all knew this. I think their hyper critical coverage is actually a concerted effort to pressure him to step down.
I do think a way Biden could recover would be to admit he could very well die in office, and then change his Vice President from Harris to someone who’s actually capable and popular. It’s this tendency to pretend like Biden won’t pass away in office that makes people so uncomfortable.
A lot of old people consume primarily print and televised media and the Biden admin has gone to great lengths to minimize Biden's exposure to the public. On the few occasions he has to step out, they give him a bunch of uppers so he can try to focus or at least seem awake. But it was only a matter of time before more of the mainstream had to accept that Biden's dwindling mental faculties aren't just GOP smear.

The debate didn't move the needle at all for me. Still going to vote for Joe again because he still gets stuff done legislation-wise that helps average Americans, versus Trump being a 34-count convicted felon, so it's really no contest at all.
Polling suggests single digit movement immediately post debate. A week will let us see the real impact.
