Looks even lower than a PW50. I've heard the price is similar, too. And that the battery is hot swappable. If i didn't own a PW50 for my kids, I'd probably be buying one of these.
Up until 1:50, I was fully expecting this dude to shock me by getting on this bike and explain how KTM made some sort of mini bike.

The e5 is most likely better for him. This bike is smaller than a pw50.
