Excellent locations. I stress very much to NOT USE fires at night, they can be seen from miles away. Especially the campfire and torch, but even the forge can be seen. Flashlights work better, if you can make them, they can't be seen from the air so easily.

Use forest dye on metal or stone bases and you will become pretty much invisible. I even have forest dye on my flak armor because all I have to do to go invisible is just prone in some of the forest ground clutter and no one can find me.
location 4 is very good, iv built near it before and will make another today in this location, epic for remaining hidden , and if u knock over trees when u start taming bigger dinosaurs u can make re-fertilizer once ur setup to replace ur cover

I know a hidden location which is under large rocks with a explorer note. Its near the foot paw too but since whoever saw this should add defenses now since random ark raid addicts will come for you. The entrance is very small so i guess brontos or gigas wont fit.

Yeah I have a tribe of three in a small 3x2 stone base and we tamed most of our tames one day and then when I woke up the next morning, they were all dead (except for one para, which somehow got caught in an abandon base that doesn’t have an opening big enough for it to get out).
I've a lot of experience as a solo player on pvp official servers and i can tell you there is no chance to hide of enemies/other players. I tried everything on differenrt servers. ARK PVP is not a single player game! They gonna find you anyway and raid you, so don't even start solo it's pointless. On each server is an alpha tribe who controls the whole map. Either u are allied with them or u will die. They dont care what u got or not, they will destroy you just to clear up the their server. Don't even waste ur time on pvp servers by yourself. Youtr whole work and time will be cleared up in a few seconds. Forget all those tips here on youtube regarding to pvp solo play, they are useless.

I’ve never experienced what you’ve stated and I’ve been playing ark since early game preview. If you have a small 2x1 base inside of a thick tree off the way, you just simply won’t get raided. The only times I’ve been raided was from my own faults, but otherwise it dosent happen. Make a single pteradon pen a bit off your base also inside some shrub nearby and raid pretty much anything all you want.
Hist Nara what do you play on and any tips for me I’ve played before but a very long time ago and have absolute 0 experience with base making but am pretty good at taming the dinos
Base 2 is a poor choice as people undoubtedly will build at the obelisk and will obviously find you and well, destroy everything. Not to mention the fact that it will be a tribe who gets up there and will get up there before you come close to being able to build on the side.

waterfall and cave are far from hidden, jungle is just the best place to hide

Forget official pvp servers if you are 1-2 players and want to tame/breed. Not possible to have dinos anymore for small tribes.
