Brewers Log October 5th, 2023

I racked the older ciders and added the spices to make apply pie.
Apple Pie Cider
1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cardamon
pinch grown cloves
I am finishing up my pectin enzyme test using member's mark apple juice.
My kombucha is not doing well. Life got in the way and what I have just needs to be thrown out and start over.
