Once I heard Wilfred Mott saying "maybe if I wait here long enough " the floodgates opened up
I'd love to see him one last time in the show, even for a cameo (the actor who plays him is very old now)
@@richebone4337he managed to record some stuff for the 60th before he died. it'll be the last time we see him
The way they write Van Gogh is so uplifting. Great compilation!
The Doctor and Van Gogh are somehow equal in the depths of their souls.
I hear "Silly old universe" the same way I hear Christopher Robin say "Silly old bear".
I'm Italian but Doctor Who has a special place in my heart amd I thank you for making these beautiful videos
American, but Doctor Who found me in the darkest places in my life and never let go. I love that magical blue box and every Doctor from Hartnell to Whittaker 😄
I want to write a doctor who episode based on 15th century Firenzi and Toscana and of course Forli.
A Sleeping at Last song and Doctor Who? Bruh. Perfection.
surprisingly perfect combination. someone made one with Donna and "Mercury" that kills me every time.
This song is literally the song that describes how the doctor sees the universe
I miss old doctor who, I miss the naratives that interwove issues about humanity and entertaining story telling, I miss the doctor being simultaniously awed and terrified by what humanity is capable of and I miss the companions who bought humanity to the doctor.
One of the truest things ever said. Doctor Who today is a disgrace to what it used to be. Some episodes of S11 and S12 are good. But usually its just so cringey and such a bore.
@@wyattchandler6359 the newest dr who stuff has an upbeat tone in places it doesnt need to be, its too fast paced and too quirky when it doesnt need to be. the 13th would see a shiny red hat, then go on a monologue... when has the doctor ever said anything other than 'ooo' or 'nice' or 'i like fezzes'. the filler dialogue is just... not needed.
the new doctor who is far too heavily laced with political jabs and views. It tries too hard to appeal to an audience who were never it's fans until it pandered to them. I want doctor who of 8 years ago back.
The universe is so big and mysterious with doctor traveling saving both time and space in his little blue box being a madman showing us that it is beautiful 🥲thank you for capturing it. This is my Christmas present 🎁
Oh god. The van goph episode will never not get me thank you for including it. He was a beautiful soul so troubled like most of us are
I love that the Doctor took him to see a gallery full of his art and let him know that he would always be remembered with love. It didn't change the course of his life but he did give him a few moments of happiness.
I thought I recognized the song... and then he started singing and I DIED.
Been missing the good ole days with this show so thanks for taking me back.
Saaame! The moment I heard the voice I knew it fit perfectly with the video
Beautiful! Thank you for making such amazing videos. And Merry Christmas to you too!
As of this comment being posted, this video has zero dislikes.
*All is as it should be.*
You know, when you hear the doctor and his silly attitude, it makes you want to forget all the countless decades he spent wandering the universe. So many years alone, so many companions gone. The doctor in my mind isn't a fictional character in a TV show. He is the strongest person I will ever see, not by brawn or brain, but by his heart. Even after his 24 regenerations, he will live on within our memories of good times. Doctor who is a show that has taught me more about the world than I ever thought possible. Thank you Doctor Who. Allons-y!
I just realized, throughout most of the 13th doctor, the Tardis has no personality. It’s not a character and even it’s design feels just a room, just a vehicle.
that's the best Christmas present
One of my favorite things the doctor has ever said is “stories are where memories go when they’re forgotten” and that is so beautiful because it means that happy endings are true and real and that people get them. Thank you for making this magnificent video.
The first time a friend of mine played that song to me, I remember closing my eyes and picturing the Doctor telling me about the beauty of the universe. And now, two years later, the Doctor did just that through this video. Thank you, thank you, thank you for making this breathtaking video for us all
Your videos are beautiful! You have captured the magic and beauty of doctor who and combined it with one of my favorite songs. Merry Christmas!!!
The man how counted the seconds of eternity. And shed a tear for each and every one.
This is amazing. I've missed your Doctor Who content. And frankly, this once again makes me miss Peter Capaldi. No shade to Jodie, I'd feel the exact same way if any of the other Doctors had followed (well maybe except for my other favourites: Troughton, Pertwee and Tom Baker). He was just able to act his heart out, no matter the script. He was the Doctor and always will be. My Doctor. I literally just saw a quote from Peter saying how he just thinks about how he's their Doctor for a few people and it makes him very happy. I started watching Doctor Who in between series 9 and 10 so Peter was the first Doctor I watched live and I never wanted him to leave. He could've been the Doctor forever, I wouldn't have cared. I had hoped he'd break the three seasons thing due to him being such a big fan but of course that didn't happen. To me, he is the perfect Doctor. The Doctor is an old, grumpy, silly and kind hearted person when it comes down to it and Peter embodies that. Imo he's also the Doctor who actually makes you believe he's lived all those other lives before. The others often felt pretty disconnected. But I'm just rambling. I just love Peter and 12 and I'll forever miss him. If he comes back for a future anniversary or Big Finish, I'll just die
I’ll admit this made me cry. It was beautiful. Doctor Who is like a big hug for me. It makes me feel safe. This was fantastic.
You captured the spirit of the series so well! For me, Clara has been the single most enigmatic piece in the entire series.
This makes me miss the doctor that I've gotten to grow and love. The doctor who helps us escape from our reality to have an adventure. It almost felt real, every year getting excited for the new season... Excited to see the doctor to whisk us away to see the universe. I hope we see the doctor again.
Привет. Я наверное твой один из не многих русских зрителей, ты делаешь классный контент. Доктор кто для меня очень много значит, я обожаю этот сериал, и так приятно заходить на твой канал и смотреть эти нарезки. Спасибо тебе!
11th is still my most favourite Doctor but i love all seasons, what a wonderful fan video for Christmas day, your Doctor Who videos win always my heart
I can't stop watching this. Been watching it 2-3 times a day for a week now. This is beautiful. It is everything I fell in love with this show for. I miss the way it used to be. Here's to hoping it becomes as beautiful as it once was!
Doctor Who helped me go through rugh times.. losing interest in everything but Doctor Who. Your edits are so well done, that Vincent scene always make me cry, because I remember how I looked up every single night to the stars and wondered about what's out there, before I had a break up,a and... things happened. Your edits are the best out there among the thousands. Thank you for your content and effort that you keep it putting in your videos, you are doing a FANTASTIC job!
"I've never met anyone who wasn't important before" Now those are words to live by
I won't lie, I teared up something fierce with this gorgeous piece. Thank you for sharing your talents and providing such an amazing video that reminded me why I love Doctor Who so much.
Seeing as the link broke, the song is called Saturn, by Sleeping At Last
The Van Gogh episode is one of my all time favorites. I do miss my 4th Doctor. I literally cried during his cameo in the 50th anniversary episode.
This show is so magical
to quote a good friend of the doctor's, "this is proper awesome" 1:00 . Thank you for making so many of these incredible videos you can really capture the how!
This is absolutely incredible omg. You really captured that wonderfully chaotic magic of the show as well as giving it a little christmas vibe. I’ve watched it 3 times now and I’m still in awe :’)
The only thing... that I want to see and do...
is just sit under the night sky, that filled with just a lot of stars...
oh well, I can't do it on my country cause the borter scale is like 8...
welp, light pollution in a nutshell
i remember seeing it as a child, in the mountains,no artificial light there to disturb me. there were so many stars, the darkness between them was barely to see.
This was nostalgic as hell!
this is honestly my favorite video on the whole internet. You've done such an amazing job, the clips all fit together like one big puzzle, with the music bringing it all together perfectly. It's brilliant. Thank you ^^
Your Doctor Who videos never fail to make me cry, and yet I'll gladly watch every one of them. Keep doing what you're doing, you beautiful soul
This video made me tear up. Thank you so much for this wonderful, beautiful video.
Coming to these videos make me miss doctor who. The sadness, the happiness of the story that was written. These are amazing to me. I sad doctor who will never be like this again
I couldnt realy concentrate on the Video, but maybe if i wait here long enough... that would realy make my Christmas
You inspire me everytime I see these videos❣️ Happy Holidays
@@MargaritaLife np I remember three years ago I wanted to make something similar but never could do it I think now if I ever get a computer I could do something similar other than that be safe and Happy New year's as well
Maybe if I wait here long enough my Doctor will return... here’s to hope.
thank you so much for this!! i haven’t watched Doctor Who in almost a year because the thought of it just makes me think of when i was a kid going on all of these brilliant adventures with the Doctor and his friends but now i i want nothing more than to finish rewatching. it used to hurt so much seeing anything Doctor who related.
You have reminded me why I am looking forward to New Year’s Day
Doctor Who made me see all the marvels and miracles in life and in the universe, and now I just can't imagine how I could live a such a boring life without this miraculous show. I can't imagine not continue living my life with the Doctor and all of time and space.
Спасибо огромное за это видео!!! Оно помогает вновь пережить эмоции, подобные просмотру серии, а также у вас всегда получается подбирать нужные фразы, которые доводят до мурашек, спасибо за вашу работу!!!
The great Love of the Doctor was always The Universe. I just realized that.
Thank you for showing the beauty of doctor who in these videos. Thank you so much. You don’t understand how much these keep me as the optimist I always sought out to truly be
These videos are the best that I see with the doctor because of how they are able to fit together to make a beautiful message.
@@MargaritaLife hey I'm just a sucker for doctor who stuff. And stuff like these videos make me happy.
A funny thing about the Tardis, is that it was special, but not unique.
It was one of multiple travel units the Timelords had available. In fact, it was one of the older units with less user friendly post production features.
Strange to think of how it is connected to everything, but it wasn't the only one.
This. This is what makes doctor who mean so much to me.
I started watching the adventures of the doctor when I was a child, now I have aged and in the twilight of my life the adventures of the doctor are better than many of the stories today 🌅
Loved the background music. Loved the edit. Loved everything about this video. In tears, as always.
Just the video I didn't know that I needed like hell.
Loads of thanks and love for the video.
Thanks again Margarita. 💓
No matter how old I will be, The Doctor will always had a place in my heart.
This is truly Beautiful
4:59 Best last sentence ever
Beautiful and on Christmas eve couldn't have asked for something better than this
Thank you. Thank you so much its beautiful
Every one of your videos brings a new and beautiful depth to doctor who, it’s always incredible. Welcome back and thank you for the amazingness
I am absolutely obsessed with this video
Exquisite. Beautiful. Transcending both time and space.
Love it ❤❤
anyone who doesn't see the beauty and wonder in doctor who is missing the point of it, and this puts all the amazing examples together in one place
I did not expect to cry today
Doctor Who the best sci-fi of the World , thanks for this christmas gift.
Aw what a nice surprise this was, lovely video as always. Happy holidays :)
thank u, that's my best christmas present, i cried every time i watch one of your video. you're understand doctor who more than anyone et i thank you for that
I love this I love the passion and time people put in there work take it from my perspective making one of these kinds of edits takes a lot out of you , once I forgot to eat breakfast because I was cought up in making one of my edited videos .
Wow. This is beautiful ❤
Brings a tear to my eye.
Love from India! You captured the spirit of the series so well! For me, Clara has been the single most enigmatic piece.
Oh hello feels, I didn't think I needed to cry today.
Perfection. Simply, perfection.
They take us on journey every word is how we feel at some point in our lives ❤
Everyone waiting for their Hogwarts letters to Hogwarts.
Me waiting for the Doctor to come and take me to epic adventure.
thankyou for this christmas gift
I can't believe how much I miss the 12th doctor. I love them all, but 12 made me believe he was also all the other doctors at a certain point.
Whenever I look into the sky I know exactly that one of the beautiful tiny little stars is the Doctor in his Tardis. He was there for me when I needed him. Let's make the doctor proud and be there for one another.
We really could use him now
Be a Doctor to yourself heal yourself to heal others and during your darkest times never give up never give in dont be cruel or cowardly, while there's life and tears there's hope, and when life gets tough and the gates of hell open and all sorts of demons come charging towards you stand for yourself look them in the eyes and say bring it on, without hope without witness and without reward
If he was real i picture the Christmas armistice but in ukraine and the others but its not just one day. ❤@@julie8100
