thanks for your information, but i can't take injections in my left lateral epicondylitis because my white cells affect to me. the orthopedic offer different treatments like therapy,and final if nothing works, he's going put a cast for immobilise my arm ,questions that's is any possible? i had tennis elbow since 2 years i olnly have teraphy and one injection...and still the pain dont go away...i think the pain now is more stronger i cant hold nothing with my hand what can i do??

Haha lol same problem.....tum zyaada weight maare hunge....Isliye tumhe tennis elbow hua hai...Mujhe 5 saal pehle hua tha yeh problem, over gym weights se...Maine gym chodh ke 5 saal hogaye, phirse gym join kara, problem gayi nahi, phir 1 month me dard chalu hogaya.....U better go to Germanten hospital in attapur, Rajendra Nagar....That doctors will give injection in tendons of elbow....My brother in law also having same issue
