When running properly they are a joy to own and drive. Having owned two Interceptors, one FF, and two Jensen Healey's I also know the dread of owning these cars when things start to act up. They have temperamental English wiring and fuzes (Lucas, the Prince of Darkness...) along with, in the Intereceptors and FF, large engines packed into tight/very hot spaces. Still, I love owning rare cars that you won't see passing you on a typical drive.
Wrong I’m afraid. The SP had full-length louvers. Later interceptors usually had about half a bonnets worth. They were possibly standard on the US cars, optional elsewhere until standardised sometime into production.
Its a great documentary but i see alot of faulty information. For example 19:14 Jensen didnt produce the first fiber glass vehicle and it wasnt the first to have seatbelts as standart

These would have made a great for James Bond.
Used to see these great documentary`s in the late 90`s!
I was still at school when my father bought a pale yellow one in 1980 and my "cool factor" at that skool went through the roof.
Interest reviews of this Amazing car label and manufacturer...One of most interest cars in world todays !
The SP had the bonnet vents, not the Interceptor.

Further The blue example in the video has louvers …
I love the chunky tyres, hate the modern skinny type.

Which was the first Fiberglass car, the Robin? Lol
Great doco but ultimately inaccurate. 1976 wasn't the end of the Jensen Marque, what about the SV-8?
Documentary is from 1997.
