Professional Skateboarders lead a seemingly charmed life - from demos, to signings, to photoshoots, to hitting the streets for the next video part, pro skaters are considered to have the best job on earth (well, at least to us skateboarders).
However, when the tours end and the contest season has mellowed out, it’s always good to be back home and enjoy skateboarding in its greatest form: low-stress, no-deadlines, and with the good homies. This is what “Field Day” is all about.

He’s seems like such a chill and funny guy I really want to meet him one day
He literally is. Me and my mates briefly met him at Parallel in Barcelona in April. He was hyping my mate up when he was trying a trick and giving him trick tips it was awesome!!

I met him with my best friend at a demo in washington, and I’m not amazing at skating or anything but my homie is sponsored by our state wide board shop, 303 boards, and stilllll would never give us the time of day. Total douche in person and went farther than saying no to photos to EVERYONE at the demo, but going out of his way to be rude and disrespectful of the people who looked up to him and thought so much of him. Such a shame meeting him in person. The guy knows how to act that is for sure, especially when you ONLY see him on camera, and even in person you can tell something is just not as ‘nice’ as it seems in all the berrics videos.

Tj is chill. I’m 23 years old now but when I was like 14? Or in early high school 9th grade maybe me and my other friends same age would skate and we were in America but one of us idolized tj and one of my other friends knowing that reached out to tj through his sponsor asking him to basically say happy birthday like In a video or something. But tj instead signed something for him and sent my friend a letter which was sick saying happy birthday and everything. My friend lost his shit. This was over 8 or 9 years ago back when tj was doing ghetto birds in a buzz cut and no facial hair. Idk why I wrote all this but yea tj is cool lol

TJ came to my skatepark in Geneva Switzerland ages ago for a demo. He did a back tail on a ledge that was about as a high as my shoulders. Like no one had ever even thought of skating it like that. Made me realise how crazy this guy is. It was the same day I had a concussion at the park and he came up to me while I was blacked out like "you'll be alright dude." Very gnarly skater.
Appreciate and always stand by friends that have that kind of love for their crew. And show it by paying it forward as best as you can.

One of my favs. A young kid at the local park tells me he met him on tour and he was the best dude ever. I’d love to meet TJ to give him my respect. I always capital L Love watching him skate and always want him to win big. Aurelien Giraud in the cut for the BBQ too. Redbull teammate love.
