I will have to try this once I have more colors of paracord. The 2 I currently have were bought for separate projects and don't go together. I appreciate how clear and concise your directions are.
Perfect for what I wanted. Want to use white cotton 3 mm to put trucks heads on end of the cat scratching post I put French hitching on with the cotton line. Thank you. Best explanation and very easy to follow. Thank you.
Neat idea but from the other comments the 4 finger hold is not a reliable way to judge if it will fit over your wrist. I’ll have to tweak this one but it definitely worth a try. Thanks!
making the fid connect to the cord is not easy . I had to melt the end and wet my fingers to pull it to a point. Got it the third try. Hot melted paracord is NOT FUN ! Burned fingers ! OUCH ! Just a tip @ 6:38 I put a small alligator clip on the small ends there. It keeps them from getting away. FYI
just made a blue and white one of these and I have to say mine did not look as nice as yours ! Also,, the finger spread meathod for sizing is not reliable. Mine came out way too tight. Its a bear to get on but fits OK once I get it over my thumb area ! I prefer the buckle survival bracelets that I can measure more acurately on my jig. I won't be making this one again any time soon ! AND there was 30 inches of blue left and 16 inches of white left over. Very wasetful to say the least ( I used 8 ft. of blue and 4 ft. of white as you suggested ) . Thanks for your video and expertise !!!
This one is pretty tricky to loosen. Before you cut the ends, you will need to add some slack back into the weave and work it around the bracelet until it is spread evenly though all the layers.
I like that, I am going to have to revisit this weave. I’ve always like / loved this weave. Thanks for bringing it back👍🏾👌🏾👍🏾👌🏾👍🏾👌🏾

How do you loosen it if its too tight ?

Do you have a red, white and blue one to be like Capt. America's shield ??
Just do one of the Turks head in red… then follow that with the white and then Follow that one with the blue.
