Everyone should keep an open mind about the fsu/clemson lawsuits. It’s entirely possible that when the evidence is presented it turns out that the acc has in fact been less than above board as had been alleged.

Why keep beating a dead horse about this whole issue…
Both conferences never said they weren’t taking any of these programs.
They both said “ no expansion at this time”
It means just that. No expansion right now. Everyone involved is still under contract by the Acc.
You can’t have realignment when everyone is under contract by the Acc. Only ND could be added and apparently, they don’t want to be part of a conference.

I'm a die-hard Bama fan and grew up close to UF... the SEC would be complete idiots to let these 2 teams join B10. If you do your research the ACC has been untruthful to their members resulting in huge revenue losses...sounds like SEC teams fear FSU and Clemson...Just ask Alabama, LSU and UF fans if they want to play against either team!!!

FSU is not seeking to BREAK their contract with the ACC but to negotiate a settlement to end the contract for a stipulated sum as agreed to by both parties. Breaking a contract is unilaterally walking out without paying. FSU will be paying whatever amount the parties agree to. If you can’t see the difference, I can’t help you.

As an SEC guy, I disagree. Football & Baseball would be better (I don't follow basketball, so I don't know what they bring there). I'm just not thrilled with 18+ teams. That's too many in my eyes. I think 16 is perfect, and we aren't getting rid of teams. In a 9 game conference schedule, you play everybody home & away within 4 years. That's perfection to me, and my only dilemma for adding more teams. With 20 (the extreme max unless you have more than 9 conference games), you could have 4 divisions of 5 teams each and play everyone within 4 years. I just don't like that as much.
