Hi - do you have some solution that customer support hand over to you? I have same issue and it is getting annoying. Getting from them manuals for another issue with display, etc..

Please make sure that you are using the latest app version (1.4.5 for IOS and 1.8 for Android) and that your phone also has the latest software version installed. Please try the following: Error solution: Despite the display, it is still possible to connect and update the device via Bluetooth and rectify the error. The best way to do this is to switch off the device first and then switch it on again in Bluetooth mode. Servus @Kluklas, das DIRACT / DIRACT VOICE ist inklusive der darin verbauten Batterie auf eine lange Lebensdauer ausgelegt. Du musst dein Gerät dennoch entsprechend den Vorgaben durch die ORTOVOX Servicestelle überprüfen lassen, damit die gesamte Funktionalität inklusive der Batterie sichergestellt werden kann. Der nächste notwendige Überprüfungstermin (Next Service) durch die ORTOVOX Servicestelle wird dir beim Ausschalten des Geräts angezeigt. Wenn die Anzeige „Batterieservice notwendig“ erscheint, muss das Gerät durch die Servicestelle überprüft werden, damit die erforderliche Betriebsdauer gewährleistet werden kann.
