I was trying to make crab Rangoons for Ramadan, when I discovered that every imitation crab in the supermarket is made with alcohol (rice wine and other varieties). It looks like imitation crab was used so if it’s halal I’d love to know where they but it from.. looks delicious
Yes that is correct in all supermarkets. But there verrrrry few that don’t have any. Just Amazon it and intact their is a kosher brand that doesn’t have. I didn’t try it but one to consider…so halal alcohol:mirin free ones exist
