I just ordered my have for the exact purpose, horseback camping. We will not have a pack horse. Do you know a good way to carry it on top of the saddle bags?

Try securing your Haven either on its own or inside of a bag to the top of the saddlebags using straps or bungee cords, ensuring balanced weight distribution and periodic checks for security and horse comfort! Thanks for your advice, i have attacked saddle bags stays to my saddle. My saddle bags look like the same brand as yours. They have straps on top. I attacked the Haven to them. It looks very sturdy. I just hope my short legs will go over it when Im mounting. Im planning on going on my trip in March. I will let you know how it goes. Thanks Linda
