The world outside was a blank canvas of white, endless snow stretching as far as the eye could see. From my perch in the mountains, I gazed at the array of monitors before me, each flickering with data from the sensors scattered across the frozen wasteland below. It had been 1,825 days since the world plunged into this perpetual winter, and 1,825 nights of restless vigilance. My fingers danced across the keyboard, adjusting the thermal imaging cameras. A flicker of warmth caught my eye - perhaps another survivor, or just another wolf pack adapted to this harsh new world. I leaned in, heart racing. In this endless expanse of ice and snow, even the faintest sign of life was both a beacon of hope and a potential threat. As I zoomed in, I wondered: would this be the day I finally made contact with another human, or would it be yet another false alarm in this solitary vigil?
Coffee, chili, bacon, eggs, weapons rack. Okay, I'm in. Like being Commander of the Relief for guard duty at the upper ammo storage on Ft. Wainwright, AK, but on super-steroids. Or, what I wish it had been like. It was more like a small shack with some cots and a heated porta-potty. LOL. But, this would have been sweet.
WOW!!!! Love this design and set up!!!! I'll sign up here!!! Not too many places like this in my native Florida!!!!! Another fantastic post!!!! Thanks for all the work!!!!!
Beautiful content. I am curious, would you be willing to make some outposts that aren't with dark music (neutral/light ambient music instead)? I find the idea of sitting alone in an outpost in the middle of nowhere a very Zen, peaceful concept.
I don't think much when I am doing the music for my videos, it all comes out as I feel in that exact moment. Seems the more melancholic slightly dark mood appeals more to me at this time of year.
It is a nice ambience-not dirty postapocalyptic, but nice and clean. The only thing that leaves me a little bit uneasy is the vicinity of the mountain. Dont you think that there is a risk of avalanche?
I suddenly wanna see a secret outpost that was abandoned in 1998, and all its dozens of CRTs are edge-to-edge in pop-up ads...which is why it was abandoned.
according to the top-secret outpost rulebook, in case of an emergency, no curtains are allowed on the windows. gotta keep those escape routes visible! :)
This is my dream office. Stunning, great job bro.
when that high pressured toilet flushed... I felt that
This would be an amazing room!
Beautiful atmosphere, cold and desolate.
Thank you Frank!
I just love listening to your music while coding; the feeling is amazing!
Awesome!
This is amazing and I love it! Suggestion? Have a Bigfoot walk by at some point. A tiny one, off in the distance. Then, perfection achieved!
Haha
This makes me want a tropical outpost....
It was at this moment when Fred realized he forgot the keys to the snowblower and was out of hot chocolate mix...
I read this in the voice of Stephen Fry
hot cocoa - ummmm

What does it say about our societies, that we all *need* your work so much? Thanks for the great ambiance again. 👏👍
Thank you!
I think it has something to do with a lack of feeling safe. To come back to a place where you are shielded from the fast pace of the modern world.
Thanks for all the videos! Would love to see one set in the autumn woods.

Thank you! Could be, it's what makes the story interesting. :)

Next time you should add some courtains even if he is all alone.
