The house has a rustic charm with a bit of Craftsman, and there's quite a bit of wood and stone inside. Perhaps painting the drywall parts white would brighten the rooms. Cleaning the tub area in the master bath would be a chore. I did see on the floor plan a place for a bench and coat closet at the entry as well as the half bath and a potential pantry closet. If there is a fireplace on the porch I would dispense with the one in the living room.

Love the house but doesn’t the dryer need an exterior vent? The washer/dryer placed in the center of the house seems problematic. I’d sacrifice the half bath or part of the master bath for the dryer to be able to vent.
It would be possible to vent the dryer overhead (disguising it as a beam), though with a long run it should be cleaned annually.
There are dryer models that are ventless.

I prefer a door separating bathroom from rest of bedroom. Otherwise love it
I believe there's a sliding barn door type. It's white and opposite the sink when viewing the bathroom.

I can see why. I do believe it is the door because if you look at the closet in the master bedroom, there is built-in storage along the bathroom wall. There really isn't room for a linen closet. That's why I'm leaning towards a sliding barn door closure for the bathroom.🙂
Admittedly, I am Swedish. Has 4 seasons. But it is incomprehensible that many of these layouts lack a sensible hall. Nobody wants to walk around with urine under their shoes in their own homes. Throw the jacket over the nearest piece of furniture. Or? Discusting! 😡
I forgot to show the Entry cabinet, it's right next to the entrance, you can see it more clearly on the functional level. 8:29

Last year I complained to some of these planners about the need for a coat closet and a bench for removing footwear at the entry, and I see those more often now. There is at least a place for them here.
