WCZ baits are my go to, throw them anywhere anytime. Have had great success on them all so far, cant wait to get mine in the water. Another great video, keep them coming. Glad to see im not the only one fishing eye less baits.
As I write this as of 15 minutes ago I just snapped off my blue 9.0 battles shad so bummed still have a green but damn that's fishing though will go get a gold one or a white when I get home Awesome that Mike harnessed these as well Great Review!!! Cheers!!! :))
@@crazybassfisher going back today with a strong magnet its only about 10 feet deep hoping to it picked up my green real strong that 12/0 hook has a lot of hook so think I have a good chance ordered a white one last night just in case I cant its in a lagoon in cottonwood AZ where I fish on weekends that hold big girls
@@crazybassfisher tried all day can see bottom only 9 to 10 feet and super clear water and my buddy had a camera looked for 5 hours gone must have sunk into silt bummer thats fishing brother Cheers!! :))
I know Mike said that all Battles Shads going forward will have the Headcase Harness, didn't hear about the Citizens tho... The 9.0 s just a bit big for the waters I fish, looking forward to the 7.5 and 6.0 when they get released for sure.
Love the vids bro, keep up the good work. How many brake tabs do you have active on your Conquest? I have a 401 and backlash on every third cast when I'm throwing the 9" Battles shad.
I wanna start fishing big baits but I'm lost and trying to find the best durable affordable set up for throwing 3-6oz swim baits. Rod? Reel? Line? I'm Fishing open water. Thanks man I appreciate it!!
unseenoutdoors s keep more tension on the spool with your thumb near the end of the cast. Gets the line to tighten up and almost bungee it straight. Doesnt always work. But it definitely helps.
You said you struggled in 2019 with hooking big bass maybe those techniques are producing try out the big Crankbait or the topwater bite with the mega bass 10 inch walk the dog lure
Ay man this is about another bait but I was watching one of your vids from a couple years ago about that balam 300. Have you caught any fish on it yet? Kinda want to buy one but not sure lol. Thanks
Being weedless is the best thing about it but the 7.8 Keitechs are weedless too but the Battles Shad looks much better, however the $75 pricetag makes me think twice about purchasing it. I was expecting a price in the neighborhood of a Huddleston. All that being said, he doesn't seem to have a problem selling them. I will probably get one eventually but it won't be my first choice.
I agree, it looks better than Keitechs and offers a larger profile than the weedless Huddleston 68’s. I’m trying to talk myself into the $75 price tag. What is the longevity and durability compared to the other baits I mentioned?
Yeah I’m waiting on the battle shad 6 inch here in New Jersey it seems like I have better luck with 6 n 7 inch baits but I love the wcz line of swim baits
crazybassfisher crazy how fast they went.... Thanks to you, I have a full arsenal of custom swimbaits. I had to search high and low for the HPH and Hinkles lol
@@christopherromina5261 actually its a great price for what you get last a long time you pay more for others for sure actually will pay 85 with shipping
@@garym2293 u must be on crack, paying that much and it made of rubber, rip off price, cause they only make to the point that it will rip easy, if it was a hard bait , ya price is good, I would pay that much on a rubber bait that's not strong, they rip u off
Arizona must me a very unique place to fish your a swim bait guy but do you ever stray away from the swim bait to slay em I’ve watched Rick Clunn old school angler fishing 1oz plus spinnerbaits for giant bass I’m saying throw in some videos of you trying different big style baits for big largemouth
that is what I do here in AZ only throw big baits but a variety have big topwater big plastics big cranks and wake/crankdown baits big glides etc as long as its big I throw it not many others do where I fish Lots of big girls here for sure
For me, the only thing that I want to ever throw is big swimbaits, the whole not catching fish doesn’t bother me that much anymore, as long as I can grind out one bite with the swimbait, I’m satisfied

Dead Shedz Hahaha yup, I don’t really care that much about eyes, it’s all about action strikes!
@@crazybassfisher take them out and Super glue mine in first thing last a long time
Mike did a hell of a job on the harness. All these people piss and moan about the price,if you don’t want it don’t buy it. Love WCZ
Chris Fisher Bingo! Definitely worth it for the amount of features and quality of the bait!
That thing is sick!!
Caleb Smith They are super dope my dude!

Ian Kehler For sure my dude! The 6” battle Shad is gonna be a game changer!
No such thing as a bait too big for a largemouth 2lbs and up.

What Sid said!
Yeah buddy
Diggy Yewww!
You said you struggled in 2019 with hooking big bass maybe those techniques are producing try out the big Crankbait or the topwater bite with the mega bass 10 inch walk the dog lure
Mike Schultz I know I can catch crankbait fish, right now, the season calls for a big swimbait, I only fish the swimbait in the winter months.
Going to import me a few to Australia if postage isnt through the roof...thats if theres any stock left !!!!
Did you get the limited edition color? I tried but they were sold out by the time I got to checkout
Roger Ervin I actually didn’t, just went with the blue color! That limited color looks dope though!

I can’t believe how many people make their videos unwatchable with the stock music.
