Shoot only when shot at, and if you feel in danger, try to interact with the player and disarm them before you just KOS them. It makes the game way more interesting. I just bought this on ps4 and loving the pain in my head and feeling of pure anxiety as I wonder aimlessly around avoiding the players I waved who tried to kill me. 5days survived without being killed ! I am going to squeal like a stuck pig when I lose my lovely loot. Fooster sounds meaner when he plays Dayz compared to his softer Stranded Deep tones.
Its like when the group on the walking dead killed all the Saviors in their sleep and realized they had become what they were fighting against. I for one am all for the savagery.
Fooster, Your partner is brutal and blood thirsty. I would hope in the doomsday following an apocalypse, there would be some civility left in some people. However, I can see it from both sides. Its very risky to leave any stranger to their own devices. One wrong move and it could be lights out simply because they want what you have. Instead of asking, theyd kill you just to gain it for themselves. BUT, when you show a willingness to trust and give someone a chance, it would have the potential to establish an alliance that could lead to great power and possibly even a society of morals. I mean, would you really want to do it alone forever? Always on the run and sleeping with one eye open? I do understand both sides. Im not sure if Id have it in me to whack everyone I meet.
