I didn't know this was going to be a bigger book than normal artist editions. My copy arrives on Friday. Now I'm even more excited. I have no idea where the hell I'm going to store it though. I'm sure I'll find a spot.

Guessing that’s the original size it was drawn at? The Jim Lee artist edition filled the page. I’m second guessing getting this though because it doesn’t fill the page. The Jim Lee edition is spectacular!

Looks like some of his spinoff Spider-Man pages go to the border, but yeah, just wish it was expanded all throughout the book.

I just got the book today. The pages that have the big margins are 11x17. Which is standard art board size. The big pages that fill the page are way bigger. Everything is it's original size guys don't worry

@Scott Putnam You ain't kiddin', this thing's a BEHEMOTH! I thought maybe the scale in this vid was skewed by the perspective, but this practically dwarves Jim Lee's Artist's Edition. I don't think I've seen any other Artist's Edition at this size.

@@Eufranco Its a bit bigger than the Dark Knight Returns one and a bit smaller than the Will Eisner Spirit and EC comics ones where they worked on huge art boards in the 1950s. Yeah its massive lol

Disappointed in this book. It was solicited as an “Artist Edition” which by IDWs own definition should contain complete issues. This book contains selected pages (likely the only pages they had access to). By IDW definition, this makes it an Artifact Edition. My expectation was complete issues.

These books are truly the next best thing. If it weren't for the fact that there's another page printed on the back of each one, you could probably pass these off as forgeries. It's THAT close to looking at the real deal.

If you've never gotten at least one Artist Edition book. You owe it to yourself to get one. I have the Romita Spider-Man, Mazzuchelli Daredevil, and Lee X-Men. These are amazing!!!
And if you've never ordered from OPB. You'll order sunday night at 9P, and get a shipping notice later that night. These dudes must not sleep.
