Alright, lemme just say this, as a writer, artist, and fellow SMG4 fan: That Melony redesign/rewrite is ON POINT. I agree with a lot of what you said, about how Melony's design has glaring problems and how lousily she was written for the most part until Genesis/Revelations. Reworking her core traits and taking them in new directions is genius, and I likely would've done something similar if I was more creative. I love how you leaned more into her original chill, techy side as a melon and fixed her proportions, as well as giving the FD form some noticeable visual differences (ex: the ends of her pants looking more angular and the leaves on her hair becoming wispy). As for the Kaizo redesign, at first I didn't think he needed one, but this one looks really clean! The red-black gradient on the horns & tail, the cool vitiligo patterns, the sickle/scythe combo idea, it's all amazing! My favorite part is the half-black, half-white hair, giving off a yin-yang vibe (which may not have been intentional, but I think it fits his style well)! Your artstyle overall is really pretty, and you've clearly got a lot of passion for these characters!
doesnt help that theyve made melony completley usless when it doesnt involve axol or fatty mc fat eye zero during all of its gotta be perfect and western spaghetti melony was completley usless she needs to be in more episodes AND YES SHE DOES NEED A REDESIGN BUT THEY WONT DO IT UNTIL AXOL COMES BACK AND AXOL AINT COMIN BACK

in my au melony drink lots of coffee and i mean lots to the point where axol and my oc both tell her she has a caffiene problem
